Tdee help?
hi all im trying to shed my weight/bodyfat with good cardio and good diet so im trying to do my TDEE again ive google TDEE calculator and ive got 5 different TDEE calculations so im abit lost on which one to go from?
any professional help please be a massive help.

You could just steadily adjust your cals each week until you hit a plateau and bingo, you have your true TDEE.NO SOURCES GIVEN
