    hey GB you still running IF? and if so, have you had success running a bulk with it?

    Bulking on if comes down to one thing. can you consume ur bulking calories in a small window ie: can you eat 1000calories of whole food in a sitting then again in 2 hours then again in 2 hours?

    if the answer is yes, then you could bulk on IF.

    Ideally though if you want to "bulk" just eat, people spend to much time paralyzing themselves with what they read online. it really is as simple as getting calories in.

    IF would only be a option if for some reason ie: you're a chef at work and you cant really eat during work hours or something.
