Chest***s - I need a plan
I've recently been informed that one of our newbies knows more about me in nutrition, training and 'general gym knowledge'. Which is great because it means I can now get someone else to do the work for me rather than have to plan myself.
So Chest****s what I am looking to do is bulk. No fat though, I don't want to gain fat. I am 200lbs and about 12% bodyfat. I lift 4 days a week and do cardio 2 days for 30 minutes each. My workout days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
What I need is a diet to help me achieve this gain. I'd like 4lbs of muscle in the next 6 weeks. I am not running a cycle.
Can you also write me out a workout plan to work synergistically with my diet and help me achieve my goals? I can't squat or deadlift due to lower back issues.
Thanks in advanceNO SOURCES GIVEN

I'll need a diff plan that incorporates weight training for upper body and big booty all the while dropping fat and toning stomach.

We'll, I'd love to think we have someone here who, despite the appalling username, can bring something special to the forum in terms of knowledge; if not application. The more knowledgeable people we have on the forum the better it is for all of us.
I have an open mind to this guy, let's hope his trousers match his mouthNO SOURCES GIVEN

You might need to provide the definition for 'synergistically' for said newbie. maybe that's why he hasn't responded yet.

I suspect he is scouring his textbooks for answers. He is a graduate after all.
I also think I nene to start a 'general gym knowledge' thread for him to be the thread guru and answer all our general gym knowledge questions. Except he can't tell me what general gym knowledge is.
Anyway chest****s, waiting.............NO SOURCES GIVEN

Well, strictly speaking, I'm not employed. I don't get paid. I am a member here because I love it here. I enjoy giving people advice and I love watching people transform themselves. Being a monitor is an absolute privilege and really doesn't happen to many people on this site. I'd be a huge fool to step down from that position just because somebody knows more than me. Hell, plenty of people here know more than me and I see no reason why that makes me less able to do my job.
I also never made any claims about me knowing more than him. He is the one who needs to back it up. As I said, I hope it does, there are few enough people giving regular quality advice in this section as it is. Some people pop up once in a while, make a post and disappear leaving more questions than answers.
If you never make 'knowledgeable' are you going to resign your membership?NO SOURCES GIVEN

Hmm, seems like a fairly standard "Please answer the question I asked and do not bother me with anything else" thread. I'll keep following along!

Every dam noob clown who has a textbook close by thinks he is a prof. College kids, nursing students, medical students, dieticians blahblah when they come here all think that they are the only ones here who has gone to school. To all the bras and panties out there, just because you had a few lectures on the digestive system doesn't make you a sports nutrition expert. Before you post, first learn some humility. Next, learn some grammar and check your spelling. Dam Bras.
End rant.
