Calculate TDEE and eat higher than that number. Eat enough protein and fats and fill in the rest with carbs.

Try making a weight gain shake? It's an easy way to add 800+ calories to your diet. Strategically make it though to hit your macros. Also don't buy them packaged, full of crap. Best off making your own! And you can make to your taste they're soo nice!!

Probably garbage, I'll Google it, but that's usually sugar and malto and low quality protein....besides, you buy ten pounds of the stuff, but get like 8 servings....Make it yourself with 20 scoops of whey and a boat load of maltodextrin, that's all it is

Hmmm....if they're not lying about the ingredients it actually seems ok...not sure where they get 5000, looks like 2600, says to drink throughout the day, contains no garbage ingredients....but like I said very few servings, I'd have to do the math on whether or not it's worth the money for me personally
