Need Help for macros
Im 200 pounds 5 foot 8 and am a beginner working out 3 times a week for weight training and the other 3 days is HIIT and cardio.
Since I'm working out only 3 times a week muscle training should I cut my proteins down from 180ish to like 100 on the other 3 days.
Also another question what would be some good macros for a guy wanting to lose weight and gain muscle.
I'm having trouble getting 2k plus calories a day and 200g of protein, whats some good shakes I can combine to get more calories...Like some ebay protein shakes and whey shakes and when to use them.Last edited by beardedturkey; 10-10-2014 at 12:49 AM.

This has all been explained in the countless threads you've made...
2 pieces of chicken breast are roughly 120ish grams of protein and they are not filling so I fail to see how its difficult getting 200g of protein on 2k calories when I could get 200g of protein on 1k calories and have another 800 for my carbs/fats left over
