Week 9 Day 5
Changed it up today, woke up and started meals. Trained later in the day and skipped the second Pro/Carb meal. Went to Sushi tonight, **** it..it was great. Water w/ lemon and Sushi = no can defense
Trained Biceps/Triceps/30m Cardio
Legs tomorrow
Travel schedule coming up in a week so now the hard part begins, shocked my schedule has been so lax for these 9 weeks but now comes the hard part, multiple travel weeks coming up. The hotel I will be in has a full gym, yep..I checked. : )***No source checks!!!***

Leg Day
Again, woke up and had Meal 1 (Casein Shake/1c Oats), then went to train. Sooo much better after a meal...had a good long leg day
Hip Abduction/Adduction
Leg press (Worked multiple feet placement presses)
Hamstring Extensions
Straight Leg Push Back Extensions (not sure what this is called)
Seated Calve Raises
Hack Squat
Dips (worked the triceps to get extra work in)
Tricep Rope Pulldowns
Ab Rope Crunches

Going to mix it up some this week.

Back Training this evening, staying on the upper back. Had a good workout.
Machine Rows, warm up and some working sets
Lower Back Extensions, warm up lower back real well
Cable Rows
One Arm DB Rows (100lb Peanuts again..woo)
Lat Pulldowns
Machine Rows (no clue how to explain this machine, was good for slow pull and squeeze)

Just got done training and having the last meal (Pro/Carb). Good training, I was tired but woke up and had a good workout. Much better workout than AM training by far.
Carb cycling has crossed my mind, my worry coming up though is my travel. Going to bring some tuna packs and protein powder in my suit case if I can. I'll make the best of it.***No source checks!!!***

Good shoulder workout, nice to take some time and put in more work. No rush really

Weighed in this morning at 250.4, then weighed again and it was 249.6...weighed two more times and it was 250.4. lol

Travel Day, at hotel..scoped out the gym and it's impressive. Sure they don't have a lot of weight (50lb DB's) but they have enough for me to keep it going, more reps in places where I can't get the big peanuts.
Had two meals today, my normal Meal 1 and then had Salmon/Broccolli/Potatoes and am now in the room. Time to go find some water. I am guessing doing AM cardio and PM training is out of the question, typically customers want to go to dinner etc after work etc. So to be safe I am going to train/cardio in the morning. Will update as usual but when I have time***No source checks!!!***

Good workout this morning, made the most of what is available.
Back/Abs/Cardio
Pulldowns, Wide Overhand and then Underhand Pulldowns
Lat Stretch (arms extended straight, pull down)
Machine Rows
One Arm DB Rows, 50lb Peanuts is all they have so kept the reps at 20 and left little rest in between 4 sets
Leg Raises
Rope Crunches
Rope Pulls for Back
30m Cardio

Actually overslept this morning, BUT..don't fret...I did 45m AM Cardio : )
I will train tonight (Chest)
Trained Chest, got a pretty decent workout with DB's, did a lot of abs, mnore than usual. no extra cardio, met colleagues after for dinner. Had some meetings and traveling back. Just ate some chicken salad and some sweet potato fries.
I will have a protein shake with flax before bed.

Went to dinner last night and had a glorious cheat meal, spicy chicken pasta w/ bread and then Cheesecake. Wow, that was crazy...anyway...so today again I changed it up and went old school

Week 11 Day 7 (Travel Day)
Travel Day..had Pro/Carb meal before I left, had a Oven Roasted Chicken Breast Subway sandwich, got to hotel and went to the gym and trained Biceps/Triceps and topped it off with 30m cardio
Went to Chili's for a meal after training, had a Grilled Chicken bowl that had different things in it, rice, some beans, I scooped the cheese out the best I could, guacamole, lettuce. Will have a protein shake before bed.

Wow, 12wks eh?
45m AM Cardio
Was at a client site then headed back home, had a pretty pathetic egg white omelet and steel cut oats for breakfast (yeah, $23..fuuu). Downed a protein shake before starting with my client.
Was on the road again and stopped and got a grilled chicken wrap and some beef jerkey, i'm talking quality beef jerkey too. Crazy display they had for various jerkey so I picked some hot and spicy one and had a few pieces.
I'm now home and will train back tonight

Yeah, still going along but haven't weighed in awhile, last was April 4th...I hope it goes well this Saturday. I couldn't have done any better to be honest, I did what I had to do while traveling and it's not over. Another week coming up..I ****ing hate this shit..****s me all up.

Weighed in this morning at 246.0lbs BOOM!!! Pretty happy with that, that is now officially 20 solid lbs gone. I have been noticing body changes lately but with all the traveling I did what I could and it's paid off.
I have another full week of travel, same place and same hotel so they have the gym and DB's up to 50lbs..I can make it work..it's the food that is tough to manage..meaning tough to get exactly what I want. I will be taking protein powder and oats with me so one meal of the day will be consistent.
I originally set a goal of 245 by 4/19..here it is 4/18 and I am 246..I'll take it..next goal..let's say 225 eh?
