Week 16 Day 3
Late update...did Legs and 30m Cardio yesterday...didn't eat all my meals..so probably in a deficit from yesterday
My left shoulder/collarbone is sore..perfect timing to be getting a vacation, give it time to feel better.***No source checks!!!***

Week 16 Day 5
Despite the issue with my left collarbone, I went in today to do some shoulders and for the most part I got through it with no issues, mixed in some back (Rows, Wide Grip Pulldowns)
Shoulder Press
Front BB Raises
Reverse Cable Pulls
Side Raises
Shrugs

Week 18 Day 1
Back from vacation, back at it today but not really 100%, I will miss a meal or so because I enjoyed sleeping in so got a late start to the day.
Back Training...took my time today and did all upper back
Wide Grip Pulldowns
Lower Back Extensions (A staple for me before going into heavier pulls)
Rows
One Arm DB Rows
Abs (Crunches, Leglifts)
Straight Arm Rear Flys
20m Incline Walk on Treadmill...cool down but was good for my legs.
Not sure I will continue daily updates much longer, I might rather pop in for weight updates. Will have quite a bit of travel coming up but I will do what I have to do to keep going. Felt good taking time off but it's time to get back to it and keep making progress***No source checks!!!***

Week 18 Day 2
45m AM Cardio....Chest tonight
**EDIT**
Pretty solid chest workout, left collarbone coming along..felt it just a touch on certain fly movements so kept them very controlled.
Incline Press - Warmup upper chest, collarbone area etc.
Incline DB Presses
Extremely Light Incline DB Flys (15lb DB's)...thought at least feeling it out couldn't hurt and might help
Flat DB Press
Cable Flys, various stances (feet together and bent over, left foot out, right foot out etc.)
Cable Crunches
Ab Crunches
Twists
