How is my diet?
Hi, can u review my diet? I have a feeling its not too good
10:00 - 3 eggs with 3 slice of bread and glass milk
12:30 Two sandwich with cheese and ham.
14:00 Weight gainer shake ( about 900 calories 250carbs and 50g protein)
16:30 Dinner that my parents make, so that could be anything.
19:00 Two Sandwich with cheese and ham and a protein shake.
21:30 4 slices of bread with something random on it and a glass of milk.

Hi, and welcome.
What is your stats? Height, weight, how much do you workout, do you do cardio. Have you calculated your TDEE?
And more importantly whats your goal with this diet, do you want to loose weight, or gain weight?
You dont seem very serous with this, how is the macro-breakdown for a normal day? What do you usually eat with your parents?
Its impossible to help with so little info that you gave. I recommend you to read the stickies to get a basic knowledge of food and diet.

im 5'11 165 lbs and my goal is to gain weight.
im working out 3 times a week following ICF 5x5 workout.
im not doing any cardio, only ab workout on off days.
