    My diet whilst on clen:

    Hi guys I was wondering whether you would be able to give me some advice on my current diet

    I'm currently having 120mcg of clen each day

    Breakfast:
    4 weetabix with semi skimmed milk

    Lunch:
    chicken with veg and rice

    Snack:
    banana

    Dinner:
    chicken with veg and rice

    I train 4-5 times a week and sometimes do cardio.

    Please comment back with any advice

    With the info you have provided I question the amount of carbs you are consuming

    That is very low in over all calories, i am guessing 800 to 1000 per day, that is a starvation diet, although you will loose weight (not necessarily body fat which should be the ultimate goal) you will rebound and potentially do metabolic damage and lower your base metabolic rate...i am not sure what your stats are but my wife weight 146lbs and diets on 1500caloreis...

    you need to increase the food intake by 2 meals and add protein and healthy fats to that banana...
