Why junk food is so bad ?
I always wondered why hate so much on junk food ? (Disclaimer : I strictly eat clean except for my cheat days)
On a bulking cycle, isn't junk like cheap calories ? A Fat burger has 850 calories and 50g protein.
So you get the nutrition while not feeling like you are eating boiled leather boots every day.
What are your thoughts about this ?

Its the amount of simple sugars carbs and saturated fats cause you to stores and cholesterol

the calories remain the same ? if you are getting ample amount of protein. Are on gear. So your nutrient shuttling is optimum. BMR is off the roof. I have seen people eat like shit all their life still skinny af. They eat junk and shit loads of it every day. Maybe their hearts are not as skinny as they look from the outside though.

just think of it in simple terms.
what did it take to make said junk food?
cheat meals will not kill you, all depends on one's goals.
also, genetics play a factor in everyday life as well as lifestyle

being on gear makes your body even more prone to some of the negative aspects of junk food..I find I couldn't eat 6 triple burgers a day the fat which is tremendously high if you look it up gives you a fullness you will not get off a lean peice of meat and would make it impossible to consume all day..the reason junk food taste good is because it's bad for you..you ever had a chicken breast at a resteraunt it's delicious, because it was soaked in butter and cooked with lots of fat..same with the burgers a full fat burger will taste better than a lean one anyday..so to answer your question it would be tough to eat that amount of junk and why would you wanna take in that fat when your macros could be spent on more carbs and protein?

1. Low protein
2. High carbs
3. High unhealthy fats
4. Low fiber
5. Poor micro-nutrient profile
6. High sodium/low potassium
7. Excessive [artificial] ingredients
