Increased Bowel Movements (how many a day) ?
Hey Buds,
Ok...kinda personal question but F**k it (i'm asking).
Talking with some BBuilders and reg.athletes to compare notes.
Depending on how much you eat, what is your normal bowel movement schedule?
For me, its usually in the morning and its a big one.
HOWEVER, my buddy eats like a HORSE and his BM is 2-3 times a day (WTF?)
How much energy is used in processing and digesting food (must be a lot)
I guess that's why people who 'eat less' live longer.
- Anyway, what's your BM frequency?
- Does an INCREASE in BM MEAN you are absorbing less nutrients?
PS - And why are you so FOS?

lol
if your eating 4k a day, you better be shutting 4 tines easy. if not get more water and digestive enzymes.
I shit 3 times before breakfast.
metformin keeps me regular

I don't think there are any clear answers but rather how has your body worked throughout your life? Drastic changes from a change in eating means you might not be digesting things properly.
I eat 4k a day and have one bowel movement per day, just like when I'm cutting and going below 3k...
How much fiber do you get in per day? is your food freshly made? Do you eat precooked/processed fast food etc?
I believe the studies on those who live longer due to calories restriction was explained by low IGF levels and nothing was said of bowel movements.

I eat 2600 calories a day and sh!t 1-2 times a day. Its all about the quality of food you eat and the supplements you take like Fish Oil, Daily Vitamin, Krill Oil, Probiotic, Prebiotic, Vitamin D......etc. I take all these daily and more and it helps regulate your system, somehow these are always forgotten........
Steroids and Food only don't work.......welcome to constipation that way and slowing gains.....well you may gain on the scale but thats in your intestine and colon.....
