Need help with calories and nutrition (Injured)
Hey guys! I need help with my calories and nutrition in general because i'm injured and i'm not going to be able to lift for a few months.
I'm 165 lbs right now at 6'0. I've got injured, had to stop lifting and i've lost a bunch of weight (feeling depressed right now lol). How many calories do you think i need to maintain my weight and muscle mass (i'm going to be sedentary, office job, no lifting)? I've tried different calculators and it's really confusing. Thanks in advance guys!

There is a sticky that has the TDEE calculator . You can use that and choose low activity level for baseline calories.
I no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.
