Eating a lot Clean food very Quickly and digesting it faster. high caloric intake

Anyone puree much of their days meals?
how much protein powder a day is the recommended amount?

This sounds disgusting, but downing 1,000 calories can take a matter of minutes.

here is a shake i like. i'm thinking about tripling it. what's the most amount of times i could take this shake in a day?

    Puree all in blender
    .5 cups rolled oats
    .5 cups steel cut oats
    .5 cups Apple cider vinager
    50g. Protein isolate (strawberry)
.25 cups and .1 ounces of Flax seed meal [or chia seed]

I feel like i could eat a whole shit ton of clean food this way very quickly, so i'm not eating all day and into the evening and allowing my blood sugar to drop for planned HGH releasing peptide combos. I feel like i could really pig out, still have a majorly clean diet, and have good fasting periods.

And i drink V8 like its cool, but this place i have down the street does 32oz of fresh liquefied veggies for 13 bucks. that's hella pricey but i hate whole vegetables. F!@$ i can even buy veggies and do it myself.

should i try this if i'm confident about it?

just my opinion .. nothing more.
but I don't agree with this.. there is a multitude of things that happen from eating real food, from hormones release bases Souly on gastric emptying, to digestive processes your body goes through.
food assimilation and digestion itself is a big part of how the co factors of nutrition get to work in your body..
its not just about total cals in. or cals out. its a lot about the digesting and assimilation process itself.
    don't neglect that!

Not really. Biology has its limits, and once you start getting there, you just end up robbing from one end to pay the other, so to speak.
Think about this: people who are high on the morbid obesity scale (think 600+ lbs.) have almost nonexistent NEATs due to being absurdly sedentary, and carry relatively little metabolically high cost tissue. These people tend to hover in the 70%+ bodyfat range. They tend to consume 12-15k calories per day. Even still, it takes years upon years for weight accrual to climb another 10% or so as their body continues to reestablish homeostasis at varying intervals.
Other limits are really obvious when you look at the fact that even the genetic freak mass monsters have essentially reached a peak in terms of human muscular potential, regardless of drug regimen or quantity.
If there were a way to “biohack” anything, the fatties and/or bodybuilding freaks would have lead to something that actually works. But nope; it all still just comes down to having to eat more.
What you asked about will make it easier to get calories in, yes. However, we’re finding more and more that there’s just so many reactions within the biological entity that is the human anatomy that responds to every single aspect of the eating process.
Chewing gum for example, has a far more profound impact on NEAT than it should, given the actual energy demand of moving the jaw.
Just tasting glucose has been repeatedly shown to improve performance, without actual consumption being required.
Just smelling certain foods can have a similar effect.

nothing wrong with having a whole food blended shake 1-2x per day.. but at the same time, that doesn't mean you should neglect your whole steak and potato meal.

as gallow touched on, there is something more to the whole process of chewing and assimilating whole food, within our biology and our nature .

heck, I'll go so far as to say a 12oz steak is even good for the soul .. much more so then a protein shake

I have a juice press. Eating oranges for me is different than pressing them, even if I keep the pulp.

Of course it is, given that you’re leaving behind 90+% of the solid matter, as well as a fair portion of the water soluble things contained.
It’s a major reason why I’m largely convinced that we haven’t even scratched the surface of what “natural state” foods contain that our biology has adapted to making use of. If you were to analyze what’s left of the orange after pressing, once you remove the things we understand completely in nutrition, you’re still left with a fair amount of organic compounds that we know fuck all about, in relation to human assimilation.

yea, there's a guy i know that makes disgusting shakes. he puts everything and anything in them. it's totally gross.

I dig that video. "Throw it all in and just plug my nose," Bartch told Wolfe. "I'd gag sometimes. But that's what you have to do."

I've actually never tried it, but i do have pretty strange food preferences anyways. fish sauce can go on most carbs and meats IMO. good old fish stink! Roqefort blue cheese and Stilton are hands down desert foods.

I've eaten blended steak before. was decent. it's basically meat pate.

I havent used protein powders now for years - they just do not digest well for me at all. switching from whey, to casein, to beef, to pea... every single one made me bloat, and super gassy. Anecdotal story, but i figure if my body reacts like that to every shake, its clearly not digesting the way it should - which means that its probably just a waste, and i'l shit it out in a few hours.

When i was training a lot, i started making "whole food" shakes. My favourite was 2 chicken breasts, 2 boiled eggs, a seasoning of oregano and gravy granules (UK) and water. Blended smooth this was just like a cold chicken soup. But i would blend most anything with water if i wasnt in the mood for a meal, but was due one. Chicken/rice shakes were probably the most common, just drink it quick before it thickens!

I’ve had the same issue with shakes of all kinds, but weirdly, I no longer seem to get it so long as it’s mixed with a whole food.
Random example: if I hit a 50g shake, I’ll be bloated, farting like a sick dog, etc. If I mix that same amount of the same powder into a mix of greek yogurt, nuts and berries though, no issues whatsoever.
Fucked if I get it, but straight powders and water do not agree with my digestive tract.

i follow eating disorder girls on twitter... dont ask, lol. BUT they seem to like apple cider vinegar because it reduces their bloat. i don't know much about apple cider vinegar except i like that way it mixes with oats, strawberry isolate, and flax, or chia seed pureed.
