Serious Mass Gainer by Optimal
Has anyone ever tried this stuff?
It comes in this HUGE bag and has 3750 Cals and 250 carbs and I didn't get a chance to see the other stuff in it.
Is this just all crap cals and carbs? Is this just going to get me FAT or will I put on lean mass while in Test and Eq?
Lookes good but would like to see what you all have to say 1st!!!

Depends how big you are. If you are 550lbs at 7% yes, that is enough for a snack.
If you're bulking. Maybe split it into quarters and drink it in between 3 wholesome meals. That way, if you don't have a heavy appetite (which you will anyway with EQ) you can easily be able to throw down some liquid.

Even b-4 the Eq. I could eat all day. I just don't want to gian all fat!!!!!!! If I took 1 full scoop divided in 1/4ths in betweens my bigger meals it should'nt just fattn' me up?
I am 5' 8" 187lBS. w. w/ about an inch of fat on
my belly? BF%=15%??????
I just don't know about all the Carbs??
250 a day??
should I take this shake once every 3 days if at all??????????

Buy "Size up" by Worldwide Nutrition. Use 2/3 of the serving size, that provides 100g of carbs and 30ish grams of protein...add a scoop of straight whey for added protein.
Nice gains so far.
How bout dem Bears?

830 i think, kfor a full serving.
150 carbs
52 protein
5 fat
For a full serving...when bulking, i take 2/3 of it with an extra scoop of whey...30+lbs later, here i am.

Bro, don't ever take a 1000+ calorie shake all in one sitting! Unless you are a 150lber that can't put on weight, which it doesn't seem like you are. Most of those weight gainers say one full serving is like 4 scoops, so have 1 scoop 2-3 times a day. That would be very conductive to your growing, but won't fatten you up. And like Pimpmaster-Pump said, add in some straight whey protein to the mix to up the protein content. Later
