282 and doctor won't budge

you're right...in this thread, i believe we are assuming the reference range to be total test normal to be 241-827 since there was a reference to being close to "low" at 282.....When I was put on TRT by my endo, I was in range at 275 and 298 but on the low end....I'm glad that I didn't have to be out of range to start. Some docs won't prescribe if in range.

Yeah I have a reference range, but what I waas talking about was what kind of units are your guys numbers in. Mine are in nmol/L. And the reference range depends on whether its Total, Free or Bioavailable Testosterone .
For me:
Result Range

Total Test. in plasma 20 10-28 nmol/L
SSBG plasma 32 14.5-48.4 nmol/L
Free Androgen INdex plasma .62 .22-.86
Bioavailable Test. plasma 6.58 2-8.6 nmol/L
Estradiol plasma 153 50-218 pmol/L
Prolactin 13 3-13 mcg/L
LH plasma 3.5 1-8.0 IU/L
FSH plasma 1.0 1-11 IU/L


Doc says everything's fine, but I'm kind of worried about the borderlin low FSH, borderline high Prolactin and higher-than-expected Estradiol. Any other thoughts on my readings?

If you are very overweight - then you should lose some of that & your test levels will improve as will your general health.

The good news is I'm all approved with Oasis and ready to make a first order. Jason had already left when I got his email so was hoping I could get some input here. Shooting to get my levels at the highest normal level I can get. I had planned on 200mg Test Cyp a week but information I am getting suggests that may or may not be possible.

Any help would be appreciated.

What isnt possible ? 200mg a week will take you way over the top of the range IMO

Well I had to cover myself and say "may or may not" because I've read a few accounts that suggest hell yes it will work and some suggestions from people at my gym trying to tell me 400-600mg a week would be better.

i think it is AGAIN..an individual basis..300mg of test took me to 1300 total test..which is just a bit over the high normal but kale suggests that under 100mg gets him to high normal

IMO..no reason to try to hit the nail on the head the first time...if you are afraid to go too HIGH...then you can just start low and work up....good luck bro
