You are probably right. since it is exogenous Test administered at regular intervals, likely the AM vs. PM fluctuations wouldn't hold true. Still, like you said, I would go at night still just in case, lol

Just an update…as 6 weeks nears I feel pretty good. Strength going up. Libito up. 2 belt loops smaller but at same weight. Started at 223 and still there. No itchy nipples or bloat. Been on 120 mg and 500 iu split into 2 weekly doses. Going for 1st bloodwork in a few days. Hopefully I won't need an ai.

My question I have though is, if my e2 comes back good now after 6 weeks of treatment could that somehow change down the road. I know it's a long shot but if I could be almost dialed in after the 1st BW that would be sweet.

Update. Found an awesome doc to take over my care locally. He wanted to get to the root of my low t. After more blood tests then a MRI. He found a 4mm pituitary microadenoma. It's nice to know the actual cause.

Glad you found a good doc Mario! And welcome to the pituitary adenoma club. 4mm compared to what size pituitary? Mine was 2mm and pit was 6mm.

Well, now you know and you'll be fine!

The radiologists report says the pituitary gland is normal in size. Ill try to remember to ask my doc next time of the actual pituitary size.
