Blood work in - still having symptoms while 'in range'

Still having erection issues. Very low sex drive, weak erections, and erections failing in the middle of sex. For TRT I take 125mg/week Test C. Several months ago, I blasted with 600mg/week and had no improvement of symptoms, so it's definately related to something other than Testosterone .

    Here are the latest results
    T3 - 81 ng/dL
    T4 - 6.1 mcg/dl
    TSH - 1.37 mIU/L
    E2 - 32 pg/mL
    Free Test 285.6 pg/mL
    Total Test 1031 ng/dL

I had taken a small .25 mg dose of Arimidex 3 days prior to the test, alongside my weekly shot, so there was some circulating. My thoughts are that my Estrogen are too high. Technically this is in range, but I still feel it must be high. I've had very little success in the past with varying my Arimidex dosage though. I can never seem to find a sweet spot. The only option for a doctor I have does not believe in controlling estrogen anyway, and so the arimidex I get is research grade.

    Anyone have any thoughts?

I am no doctor, but it seems unrelated at testosterone if you didn't have relief from those symptoms at 600mg/week. It could be from high estrogen. Your score is similar to mine, but everyone is different.

Hopefully others with more knowledge will chime in as I am interested in these answers as well.

Something that really sucks. I've always had a bit of a decreased sex drive, but years ago, my first few cycles I had massive sex drive and no issues with erections. After my last big cycle before permanent TRT, I was fine. THat was the cycle for me that I never recovered from. (My levels naturally were already low, but I was coming in the low 100s months after.) I started TRT, and have had problems ever since. Can E2 problems just 'start' one day when youve never had them before?

Might not be hormonal, could be psychological. Just my 2 cents

I doubt that your E2 is causing this problem; it's not significantly elevated to be honest. It could come down a bit but your pretty close to ideal range.

I think it's something else as well.

Could it be psychological like thinking about it too much?

Nope, shouldn't be an issue. If you don't think it's the E2, I'm really stuck, then.

No, just the values that came back were tested for this time.

it could happen where test binds to the sex hormone and you don't get the full benefits of testosterone . i was told my my clinic doc, if my SHBG is too high it will prevent testosterone to do what it supposed to do even if my numbers were above the chart! something to consider.

Strange. Is that something that would even be controllable?

Also, I don't think the E2 test was the ultrasensitive one. I requested it, but the doctor kind of shrugged when I mentioned it and said, 'ok...' Looking at the paperwork, it doesn;t appear to be the ultrasensitive... I dont think he knew what it was. Would the results be that much different?

LOL, you should have seen this guys eyes when I suggested HCG . Gave me a look like I was the worst drug user he'd seen in his office. I can't imagine what he would say to Anavar heh.

It's from Quest. I wonder if I can just call them and ask the difference.
