Good to hear that at least you sort of had a head up on the genetic part but shame shame for not staying on top of it. lol Hey life is not worth living if you cant live a little.
I'm still on the fence with all the cholesterol stuff if it's heart related or just a push to sell more meds.
Now that I have had the Echo + Stress test I will make sure to get another one done within the next 5 years for sure. Luckily they found nothing with me except mild high blood pressure once in a while and the stress test made no difference so it's all good.

So did you pop the cherry yet?? Have that Bacon double cheeseburger with mayo and biggie fries, and wash it down with a cold one yet??? Sorry Brother, just playing, just trying to make a chuckle out of a real shitty situation! Listen, I hope you keep us all posted with your diet and workout regimine moving forward, take comfort in knowing people do care.
Would be cool if you started a new thread, a blog almost if you will and let us know daily, weekly as time progresses changes you are making and how progress is going and specific road blocks you may hit (just a thought) just interested, this could happen and WILL to many of us. Just a feeling, but in a couple months i think you are gonna feeel like superman, not that you had symptoms leading up to this but will be interesting if you did have fatigue or symptoms and just didnt realize it.

Good one bullshark..
I haven't started eating salads for sure and doubt I ever will for a meal but I'm going to eat more fish which I super enjoy anyway..and use the grill more.but i think limiting my beer to 2 will work 2fold...saving calories from the beer itself.and the munchies/hunger spike i got after 4-6 beers ...I could just update this thread or we will see....I was super tired today/lethargic...didn't feel that way yesterday...dying to lift again I know how easy it is to get fat...
