    H

In my fourth or fifth week of HRT. Starting weight of 198. Now at 211. Feel alittle better, alot stronger but adding some mid bodyfat. Not happy with that at all....My training is more intense and diet pretty much the same as before the HRT. I eat a good diet. High in protein, moderate carbs and keep my fats low. My protocol is TEST E 2times a week at 60 mgs and HCG 2 times a week the day prior of my TEST... My thyroid dose was recently lowered. Maybe this is the cause. I certainly dont want to be on HRT to look worse. Any thoughts are appreciated.

I quickly started putting on muscle (and water) and dropping fat after starting TRT, but it increased my appetite and I found that I had to cut back on what I was eating.

The Test should be helping you have lower body fat, so definitely check your calories.
