    Blood results

Last time i got my testosterone back it was 397, but they wouldn't test it a second time. I managed to get the following blood labs, just checking if I'm in range. 21 years old.

    Serum follicle stimulating hormone level 2.2 iu/L (1.0 - 9.0)
    Serum LH level 4.1 iu/L (1.0 - 9.0)
    Serum prolactin level 229 mu/L (< 550.0)
    Serum sex hormone binding globulin level 18 nmol/L (13.0 - 71.0)
    Serum cortisol level 339 nmol/L
Oestradiol 87 pmol/L (<150.0) (Asked for a sensitive assay but don't think they did it)

    Thyroid and lipid

    Serum TSH level 0.49 miu/L (0.2 - 4.0)
    Serum free T4 level 16.8 pmol/L (10.0 - 20.0)

    Serum cholesterol level 3.5 mmol/L
Serum HDL cholesterol level 1.2 mmol/L
    Serum triglyceride levels 0.8 mmol/L (<2.3)
    Total cholesterol HDL ratio 2.9
Serum LDL cholesterol level 2.0 mmol/L

what are you looking for with this test? if you're looking to see if you testosterone is normal this won't tell you much. you really need a complete male hormone panel to make any assessment. check out kelkel's thread regarding "Finding a Physician"

Well i know a test level 397 isn't normal for a 21 year old, so i asked for this specific test, i live in the UK so it's not easy finding a physician. I made a list for everything i needed to be tested for and he only tested for these. I just wanted to see if there was anything that was causing my testosterone level to be so low for a 21 year old. But obviously you can't tell from just these. Looks like another trip to the doctors i suppose.

well you FSH and LH are low, especially FSH which suggest a pituitary problem, which means possibly an MRI is needed. your thyroid looks good. this is all I can muster out of this BW.

    S123,

What is your height and weight?
    Do you take any medications?
Have you used any AAS, prohormones, or testosterone boosters?
    Any recreational drug use?
At what time of day was this test taken?
    What is your diet like?
    Do you exercise?
Do you sleep through the night?

Many things affect one's testosterone levels .
The more you can tell us the better.

Don't do any drgs but the time i had my testosterone level checked was when i had my tooth abscess. I was taking tramado everyday.
It was taken in the AM
my diet is 3100 for bulking 2300 for cutting. My daily diet for bulking would be 400g of pasta/rice 400g of mince meat/protein shake and banana pre workout/chicken breast, protein shake and 2 bananas post workout.
4/5 day split depending on how I'm feeling.
I wake up all the time always needing to pee, also need a lot of sleep so i don't feel sluggish.
My last test was a different blood test and said that i was anemic.

I would retest again without the opiates in your system. 21 is way too young to be going on TRT.

I didn't see many symptoms listed but you probably have some otherwise you probably wouldn't have the blood work.

If you are anemic then you might be fatigued and if you are fatigued you should deal with the anemia. Do you need some iron?

You wake up all the time needing to pee.
Beta-sitosterol may help symptoms of BPH or there are other supplements to try. Think some have used a little baking soda in some water successfully too.

The labs in the UK might not offer a sensitive estradiol lab....that's common for many countries.

397 TT is not great but maybe low dose clomid could bump it up a bit and help you feel better. Some are using 12.5mg eod or every 3 days with good success, but I'd fix the other things that need to be addressed and then reassess.

I don't really want to take clomid until i find out what is wrong. I appreciate the help, thank you.
