No sexx drive help...(blood hormone levels inside)

Here's the story: currently running test prop at 600mg a week -200mg eod for last 6 weeks. Prior to that I was cruising on 250-300 mg wk of prop due to having a pec tendon reattachment surgery. Since cruising sexx drive is in the toilet, and my erections are subpar to what they normally are, i dont even feel like the same person. no morning wood, have aches in chest behind nipples, have clicky joints. Usually I would be horny all the time on prop but I'm im guessing this is an estrogen related problem or??? I am not taking any AIs at the moment. What do you guys think is up and what should I be taking to help the situation. Proviron ? Btw all gear is from top notch sources so I'm ruling that out. I went and go a female hormone panel and here are the results:

    Testosterone , Serum
    Testosterone, Serum >1500 HIGH 348-1197 ng/dL CB

    Luteinizing Hormone(LH), S
    LH 0.1 LOW 1.7-8.6 mIU/mL CB

    FSH, Serum
    FSH 0.3 LOW 1.5-12.4 mIU/mL CB

    Estradiol
    Estradiol 10.4 7.6-42.6 pg/mL CB

It looks to me like im experiencing the effects of low estrogen. So i am not taking an AI currently so im thinking i need to raise my estrogen levels somehow. anyone have any ideas? i heard that HCG can do this as well as upping my test dose. I was thinking maybe switch to TEST E instead of prop??

    All help is greatly appreciated

Low E2 can easily cause the sides you're experiencing.
Do not take proviron . It's a DHT therefore it's a weak anti-E by nature on several levels.
You should be on HCG if you're on cycle. No question. 250 IU's 2 or 3 times per week. It will help by stimulating aromatization.
Even DHEA Micronized can help to slightly elevate estrogen as well.

Are you taking anything else that might effect your E2? Supplements, etc?

Edit to say I just noticed it's your first post. Welcome to the forum. Hope you stick around. It's a great place to self-educate.

kelkel thanks bro ive been reading alot on here and ive seen you give alot of advice and you seem pretty knowlegable. Not taking any other supps. i can start h cg immediately. Could losing 23 pounds in the last 8 weeks due to surgery be affecting my e 2 levels? how about switching to testE wouldnt that cause estrogenn to increase?

    Wow, i really don't know.

But, the E levels look good - but not in relation to the amount of test in your system.

I hope someone can chime in directly on this issue. So far I have never seen anyone with low E and high T, specially without a Ai.

If you were over dosing the Ai, I'd understand and just say stop or cut it down. But, this looks odd

I was in the 800's T and and E2 of 8 after not taking Ai for 4 weeks so I blasted T and HCG for one week and got my E2 up to 40. Now I'm taking a tiny bit of Arim to slowly bring it back down

While high estrogen is the most common in TRT, you might be surprised how many guys crush their E2 levels. We see guys all the time who think they need this or that amount of an AI simply because they read a message board that said this or that amount is needed. There are no one size fits all answers. I would say approximately 25-30% of all men on TRT do not need an AI and of those 25-30% any AI use would make them feel horrible.

Yes, the leaner you are the less aromatization occurs. The aromatase enzyme lives in the skin.
