Accuracy of thyroid labs while estrogens crashed

Hey Guys,
I recently crashed my estrogen and know this by blood work and symptoms. Anyways I want to get a complete thyroid panel done right now and am wondering if the results would be skewed because of the low estrogen. It seems to take me over a month to get my E levels back up, last time after crashing E, 3 weeks after taking an ai my estradiol sensitive was around 10-15, so I don't want to wait for E to recover.
Thoughts>?

Also if I take caffeine the morning of and workout before testing will that have a noticeable affect on my results?
