A year+ of self prescribed TRT & Heavy Cycling
These are my numbers as of right now. Everything major seems to be in check. But, my LDL is on the rise. 3 years ago it was right over 140
What exactly can I do to drop the LDL? I haven't hit up my regular MD, since they aren't really jumpy on giving a shit up until something is really fvcked.
I have been running just test for the last 3 months @ 250mg e3d. And within the last 2 weeks switched to sust(which I am pretty sure is the reason for the semi low total test #'s), which I am running at the same dose & started on dRol @ 50mg Qd(only running it for 30 days).
The e2 numbers got ****ed because they drew into the wrong vile. It will be in about a week, since I had to go back in today
I'm starting to give blood as regularly as possible(or run self phlebotomy).

Read this thread regarding cholesterol. You may pull some info from it that will help.

Well, I got all of the supps you recommend in the thread. No reason not to, they are cheap as dirt & seem to be very effective.
I'll see how my next BW looks. I would hope better, since I will be laying of heavy gear for a bit also.

Were you still taking an AI when you got your cholesterol checked? Most AI will raise you LDL levels so they may not be as bad as you think. I would try to come off everything except trt for at least a few weeks before testing.

Not quite as bad as you think. More rumor than fact actually. Take a look at this, Table 3, Lipid Profiles:
An overview of the pharmacology and pharmacokinetics of the newer generation aromatase inhibitors anastrozole, letrozole, and exemestane - Buzdar - 2002 - Cancer - Wiley Online Library
(I know, I spend too much time reading this crap)

Your on 500mg a week and in range? I assume self prescribed means UGL? IMO you need a new source. I know everyone is different. , but at 200mg I'm at 1066, and tnats even considered low for that dose .

That's good to hear. "Anastrozole treatment had no impact on plasma lipid levels, whereas both letrozole and exemestane had an unfavorable effect on plasma lipid levels"
You know the last time I had them checked on cycle I may have been taking liquidstane so that may explain it.

My 2 cents, for what is worth...
You can easily reduce your LDL just making some adjustmentsin your diet.
Basically you need to reduce the saturated fat intake and increase the vegetables portion, specially green leaf raw veggies. Spinach is great to add to a protein smoothie.
This may sound a bit odd, but i have done myself with sucess. I can post blood work to prove it.
Unfortunnaly many people prefer taking meds to change anything in diet...

Unfortunately it's not always so easy for some of us. I have made HUGE changes to my diet over the years and it had little change on my cholesterol. I do like RX meds though, not takign them but I'm a hoarder. I have a nice supply built up for the next apocalypse. lol

Been working on my diet even more here lately, just damn it - do I hate vegetables, especially the good for you green ones.
Excellent - Not - Exemastane is the only Ai I have used since starting pinning 3 years ago :/
I just got a supply of Liquidex hella cheap & been thinking about changing over. So, there's another reason to do so.
Just got all of the random crap in from the other thread. Seems like it should def help
Been kicking my fiber intake as high as I can too, should be aight. Kinda surprised my BW was this good after being on tren for over 6 months out of the year.
