    One of my darkest nitemares

    Gentlemen,

Does a person build up a tolerance to Cialis like many other medicines?? In the beginning I could of used "big Jim and the twins" as a hammer if I wanted.
I am very good about 5mgs in the morning and 5 more in the evening, lately, although still somewhat effective, if I were to try and pound a few nails, I would be in trouble.
I recall this question posed once before, I beleive "GD" responded basically "no" no tolerance issues, is this accurate, anyone have some insight?

    Regards

Tolerance to the therapeutic effect of tadalafil does not occur dur... - PubMed - NCBI

Remember, if somethings not working quite right it does not automatically mean it's the cialis.

Well said. Short and to the point. I don't think there is a man alive who hasn't been concerned about ED at one point or another. If you haven't already, you might find it useful to take a look at this thread:

ED can progress and you could be having a problem with the inflow of blood (due to arterial disease) or venous leakage (where the erection occurs but peters out after a short time as the veins drain too quickly).

Either way you could see an ED specialist and if an optimal dose of the Cialis etc is not working consider the next step. That could be penile injections with Trimix or something similar that has been compound. Sounds horrific but if done properly it is safe and effective and with a 30 gauge needle is essentially painless. And it almost always works with the hardness of yesteryear.

There is another thread close to this one where a guy was given the injection (Trimix) without proper supervision and he had an erection that would not go down (Priapism). That does not have to happen. Priapism is dangerous and can lead to penile damage and permanent ED if it is not treated.

As a bad joke Priapism could be called Custer's Last Stand. Sorry, couldn't resist that!
