I know what it stands for but what is the function/benefit? They have no informative stickies on their forum. I ask here because I'm curious of how it could be used in HRT. I'm not looking to do it just curious.

Thanks I found that but no stickies really explaining anything. That's like someone coming here and trying to learn the basics and trying to sift through threads on e2, deca , and prolactin levels trying to learn.

Yeah true. Best thing to do is an advanced search with key work sarms in the title only. It gives more info. From what I gather it was the new big thing a few years ago but its not working out as advertised. Go figure

Most everyone who have tried it got some good strength gains but also bad sides.

A simple way I would put it is they are between a peptite and pro hormone.
