penis sensitivity, erectile dysfunction, and libido

For ten years or so, my libido and penis sensitivity declined while my erections became weaker and less frequent. These symptoms are some of the primary reasons why I started TRT. I've been on TRT for 3 months now, and I've felt no noticeable difference in any of these symptoms.

I feel ~<20% of the horniness as I did at my peak in my early 20s. I am very heterosexual oriented, but I feel very asexual given my low/no sexual arousal.

My dick feels ~<15% of the sensitivity I once felt at my peak. I can still orgasm with my girlfriend, but it takes a while and concentration. Masturbation without her is not that effective.

I get night time erections, but never random ones during the day. I can't get a hard erection without viagra or cialas, and it is sometimes difficult to maintain an erection even with my girlfriend. Even with viagra, my erection is maybe 90% of peak at most.

None of these symptoms have improved since TRT. There are about a dozen physiological-chemical factors that affect penile health, but I understand that the 3 largest factors for penile health (libido, erection, and sensitivity) are: testosterone , estrogen, and DHT.

My current protocol is: 75mgx2/week T-cyp; .5mg AI 3x/wk; and .35ml HCG 3x/wk

What can be done about increasing my penis sensitivity and libido if anything? What about improving my erections?

Where to start?

If there is no clear way of improving my penis sensitivity or libido, I may give up on relationships permanently.

Do you have any BW ? If you do you should post it. Sometimes it's a blood flow problem. Three months you're probably still getting dialed in. .35 ml of hcg is how many ius?

Is that 0.5mg of arimidex 3 X per week? If it is that's way more than most people would take on quadruple your test dose.

When was you most recent bloodwork and what does that bloodwork say?
