Take an injection with two weeks worth right before you leave.
No way in hell I'd risk getting arrested in UAE or anywhere else for that matter.
UAE = United Arab Emirates

The testoserone wears off in a process described with half-lives.
Test C has a half life of 8 days according to the phamphlet that comes in my prescription.
What that means is that 8 days after you inject the test you only have 50% left.
After another 8 days you have 50% of the 50% left.
After another 8 days you have 50% of the 50% of the 50% left...
Etc...
So...
If you inject 100mg you will have 50mg 8 days later and then 25mg 8 days after that.
If you inject 200mg you will have 100mg 8 days later and then 50mg 8 days after that.
So a bigger dose lasts a longer time.
Just like if you drink 5 beers you will be buzzed for a while but it you drink 20 beers then you'll be drunk all damn day.
Note: this is all an oversimplification

I've been to the UAE a number of times and every time before I go I double-check my luggage -- and particularly my shaving kit -- to make sure there's not so much as one aspirin or a hemorrhoidal suppository stashed away in it. NOTHING of a remotely pharmaceutical nature. All the Arab countries have laws that seem crazy to a westerner (like banning melatonin) but Abu Dhabi and Dubai are big on promoting their tourist industries so they're selective about enforcing some of the laws westerners might find 'harsh.' But that doesn't mean you won't be today's lucky lottery winner, so it's best just not to tempt fate.
I have an long-time acquaintance who is a "guest worker" in Dubai. A native Jordanian who's been driving a cab there for more than 30 years. He'll never qualify for UAE citizenship but they let him stay as long as he doesn't piss off any of the Emerati citizens. And he once told me that every guest worker there lives by the same first rule: Always be ready to leave behind everything you own and bolt out the door in 30 seconds or less and get the hell out of the country. And he said that it only gets worse if you're a non-Muslim because if they decide to make trouble for you, there's nobody but Allah who can get you out of it.

I doubt your life will be turned upside down if you miss TRT for 2 weeks.

I've been all over the Middle East including UAE. I never bring any steroids with me.
You may find that pharmacies sell interesting stuff OTC no prescription, such as Nolva, Adex, Esomeprazole, Naproxen, various antibiotics, Cabergoline etc. Needles & syringes are not OTC and you don't want airport x-ray to find that in your bag and pull you out for further checks. Even insulin gear is not OTC.
For your TRT, life goes on even if you miss 2 weeks.

Another tidbit: don't bring any sex toys that looks like sex toys. I've been caught at airport 3 times. Twice confiscated, had to sign some paper that I could pick it up from customs office when I left the country. No fine or drama. Once I got away by arguing that it's a rubber thing for my dog to chew on and they let it pass.
