    Gastro

    Hey guys i started my slupplement cycle last week including creatine, protien, arganine, glutamine and purple wraath.. anyway that went all good for a week then i caught gastro off a family member... so i didnt eat anything for a day now slowly eating but no where near as much.. i gues the best thing to do is take a week of gym and slowing build up my eating each day, but nxt week do u start my creating againa nd wuld i hav to load again or not.. im so confused much help is appreciated.. matt

    comon guys what should i do if i started creating loading for 5 dayz.. then got sick and had a week off.. the nxt following week do i hav to load again or what??

    You do not need to load with creatine, The average time for muscle saturation is about 28 days whether you load or not.
