    Gauging Synthesize's effect on my strength (when coupled with my diet and my training style), i'd have to say it had a very positive effect:

    515 lb deadlift.. and other training picts

    I was a creatine non-responder previously.

    Supercarb... My bodyfat has not noticeably increased even tho i bumped my calories up (and not from 'clean' sources either )... so i'd have to say that it's a good product. I haven't had many blood sugar fluctuations since using it. Altho twice, after using it pre-bed i woke with an awful hunger pang... normally indicative of a drop in blood sugar.

    Bud, you look friggin' good.

    Glad about Synth, I'm yet to try it even though I'm a rep , so glad to have read your review.

    As to SuperCarb, I've ordered a truckload ... as to effects on blood/sugar levels...my wife got gestational diabetes...so she began using SuperCarb and not only were here levels stable, but it controlled her cravings. She wants more.

    Once again Nark, thanks for a great and honest review.

    Today's training.. went pretty well. The hard work i put in over the last couple months is coming through. I'm now training at the same level i was last year at this time. It's been a long hard struggle back to this strength level... and superceding it

    Today's training excerpt: My training Journal...

    I inched up past a couple personal bests today. Again, i don't 'feel' stronger.. but my focus is better. I'm able to generate more intensity from each set. I think that's the key to my strength increases. Any comments Sputnik.. guys?

    Synthesize used today: 2 servings pwo



    Regrettably my Synthesize trial is coming to an end. Was a good experience all the same

    Today marks the end of a great trial. I used the last of my Synthesize today.

    Today's training: My training Journal...

    Another Personal Best session... It will be interesting to see if my strength gains diminish after this trial ends.

    Synthesize used today:

    4 servings: 2 pre-workout; 2 post-workout

    Seems like the last 2 weeks or so I see "Personal Best" every workout you have. Maybe I'll look at getting this stuff, since I'm going to be training naturally for awhile too.

    Again, good stuff NArk, and really good to see your progress going so well. When I begin to use SyntheSIZE I'll be sure to do a log of some sort as well, even though I may seem biased, although technically I'm no longer an Avant Labs rep, but assistant editor of Mind and Muscle Magazine.

    SuperCarb is a staple for me now.

    oops.. i forget to mention Chest. What i was testing was the prototype. The actual supps won't be out for a couple months i believe.
