supplements in cycle

hi, what supplements do you guys reccomend during the cycle? cod liver oil, milk thistle, saw palmetto, etc. i really have idea what does what and those are the only ones ive heard of. id love any help you can give me.

EQ 400mg/week i HAVE acne and im looking to cut that down and avoid hairloss most importantly. i have read medical journals on tribulus and they ALL have said it has zero effect on the human body. yet some people say they boost their natural test on it. whats the deal there? anyway, im just worried about DHT.

oh and as for acne stay dry shower right after work out not for long and use cool water, some times pools or the ocean help.
this sounds dumb but try some talcum powder on tour sholders, back, ect.... befor bed and after shower
