    9.5 weeks in, 6 jabs to go....
    I think my body is asking for a break. I have been putting 110% into this campaign since day one. I am winning the mental fatigue battle and my drive is still there, however, I can feel my body asking for rest. My body does not ache or hurt but I am very stiff. Its harder to "jump" out of my seat. I feel physically older. I fall into deep sleep very quickly and hate waking up. Its hard for me to put shaving cream on my face because my arms are so tight. My strength gains in the gym continue, however, I’ve noticed a little compromise in form. I know I need to let up a little, but its hard to.

    Don’t get me wrong, this is all well worth it. I love this lifestyle and I think it suits me. I will continue this way for as long as I can.

    I saw an old buddy that I have not seen since before I started my cycle. He couldn’t believe the difference in me. He kept laughing, and calling me, "meathead." Its these moments that fuel the fire and make me realize how far I’ve come.

    take a few days off if need be. Give yourself a cheat day. Relax and you'll come back stronger and refreshed....

    Yeah, I told him before I started. However, he still was shocked by the change.

    I like your idea about taking a few days off. I train EOD and sometimes I'll go in 2-3 days in a row. I think a three or four day rest would be perfect.

    Taking a three day break. Now that I am resting and not mentally "amped" to go to the gym, my body letting me know how tired it is. The aches and stiffness has me feeling sleepy and hungry.

    However, I am looking forward to hitting up the weights again. I know that being well rested will prove in added gains.

    Week 10

    Week 10

    I have not gained a pound since week 5 of my cycle. I am getting stronger (slow but sure) in the gym, however, I feel like the gains I am making is due to increased diet and mental focus. I have upped my calorie intake from 3000 to 4200 kcals ed. I gained over 20lbs in weight during the first 5 weeks from the tbol but I have not since ending it (week 6).

    In addition, the only sides I have is that my body hair has grown in faster and I had a few very small pimples on my back for a few days. Then again, I have never used Test before so I dont know what to expect.

    If I take away the scale-and-gym-factors and look at my body alone, I can see that it is still changing. The muscle seems to be maturing and becoming more dense. The nice pumped look has been replaced by a more complete look. The sad thing is that I am realizing that I have only began to truly develop pure muscle form and I have a long way to go to have a true unanimous BB form.

    We all have to start somewhere. Maybe the test is underdosed. I hope it is not the same brand I am going to use. Also the same brand that is currently under disscussion on the main thread, who's company is closing.

    Nope. Mine are those 5ml sachets that are stealthy. They're supposed to be pretty legit.

    I was actually thinking of using those before I decided on the mythical beast.
    So it worked good for you? I might have to consider that for next time. How did you use it? Did you pull it from the sachets and put it in a vial?

    Yeah, I pulled it all into a syringe and then into a 20ml sealed steril vial. You need to be careful, but its worth saving the cash. Also, I didnt filter them. I have had no issue.

    Nothing new to report. Lifts are the same, pumps are awesome. Still the same weight.

    My four injection sites are sick of the pin. They feel sore for a good week after a jab now.

    Today I decided to end my cycle. The gains are minimal and I want to save the last two weeks for my next cycle. I am going to prepare for pct and eat my ass off! I have planned my next cycle and I am really looking forward to it this summer. I hope that I can gain a few pounds in between, though. I would also like to trim down the fat a bit and concentrate on maturing my base. I am pleased with the results so far. If anyone is interested, here is my next cycle:

    1-4: Test Prop @ 75 mg/ed
    1-12: Test E @ 500 mg/ew
    1-10: Deca @ 400 mg/ew
    9-14: Winny @ 50mgs/ed
    13&14: Test Prop @75mgs/ed stop the prop 3 days short of week 15

    PCT starts on the first day of week 15

    Thanks for reading, I hope that my log has helped you all. I will keep adding from time to time regarding my pct, as that is important to this cycle too.

    i dont notice any more gas than normal JTS
    so far -so good... I'm just starting week 4....about 6lbs up already..waiting for test e to kick in..

    Okay time to talk about pct. It blows compared to being on. Here is a list of what's going on (physically and emotionally):

    -I feel normal. I dont have that booming confidence and "sense of well-being" any more. I dont feel sad or bad, but Im not pumped either. I just feel normal.
    -The pumps dont last that long any more. Maybe an hour or two. I am much more sore after workouts. However, my strength has actually continued to increase. I am still making gains in the gym, amazingly.
    -I have revamped my diet to cut some of the excess fat and water from my bulking period. Eating is a little harder to do and I am not thinking about food so much anymore.
    -I dont look at myself in the mirror anymore. I just feel like a shrimp. I still weigh the same, however, I feel much smaller and fatter.
    -I have developed a new goal before my next cycle: drop 8lbs of fat and put on 6 pounds of lbm in 4 months (put me at about 10% b.f.).
    -My sex drive is still good, I want to hump the wife anytime I can.

    Overall, Im okay. Some negatives and some positives. Im staying motivated, and I want to continue to gain. I am still learning a lot about this lifestyle and Im committed to it.

    Goals by the end of next cycle (next fall):
    Body weight: 210lbs
    Body fat: 10-12%
    Bench: 365lbs
    Squat: 400+lbs
    Deads: 400+lbs
    18" arms (currently 17")
    48" chest (currently 46")
    32" waist (currently 33")

    Im on day 5 of pct. My workouts are still very intense and I am maintaining my lifts in all areas. I've changed over to a cutting diet. Down to a meager 2700 kcals/ed. Its okay but I get tired faster. Ive lost alot of water from the cycle and Im down to 190lbs in the morning. Ive noticed a pound or two drop every day for the past week. When I have a pump after a workout its nice to see the new gains w/o the water. I am developing an eye for all the weak areas on my body; my wife calls it an obsession but I call it dedication.

    Also, man I am sore as fvck after every workout!

    Thanks!! I have just finished my pct and I weigh around 192 lbs. My workouts have been good. They dropped in intesity for a week or two but by the end of my pct the only noticable strenght loss was in the bench. I dont know why.

    My diet is back to 3k per day and I am trying to lean out the slow and healthy way. I want to be 195 by the start of my next cycle.
