Sorry for the absence of an update,. I was at the beach for the weekend indulging in some of the "talent" down there.
Cycle is still kicking so so much ass! Took my shot yesterday in the Bi's....1cc in each. Had to use a 20g needle...which for future reference allows the fluid to flow easily however it hurts like a bitch!
i must say though, my arms are pumped (*i worked bi's right after the shots) All my friends are telling me i'm looking huge and they are right...I am huge...the only problem is i'm developing a gut! The water is holding right there and my diet could be better. I really need to up the protien and water intake.
oh i used a 1' for the bicep injection and i have a few 5/8's for next time (*thinking of hitting the triceps*)
anyway, I'm at work as usual and out of town as usual so i'll update later....until next time...
By the way...weight has dropped 4-5 pounds since the dbol stopped, but that is all water as my face looks more "normal" currently i'm in at 215ish....and around 14-16%bf

OH MY GOD IT HURTS
I will never inject with a 20g needle in my bicep again!!! Well more honestly it was more than the 20g needle....1cc in the right arm went fine...no pain
my left arm on the other hand got 1.5cc's and it's almost unbearable!!!!! Dont get me wrong it's a good pain because well i know it's there and what it is...but FUCK it hurts!!!
anyway gotta run....

Hey guys....been away for awhile...
Gaining weight a little bit, I believe i'm losing water weight so ultimately my total weight is going down a few pounds but i think/hope the muscle is going up.
Starting weight was around 190 i'm currently in at 218.....and I have about 4-5 weeks left....
I'm carrying a shit load of water around the midsection and the stomach is distended a bit buuuuuuuuuuuuuut...I've heard so many compliments about my shoulders, arms and back that it's sooooooooo worth it.
It also helps that the other day a girl that I work out with in the gym asked me out...SOOOO All in all, i'm loving it.
Anyway, going to hit chest today...*again hittin mike xxl's routine!*
I gotta give many many thanks to mike for that routine...it's workin!
I think i'm going to take measurements again today, just to gauge where I'm at....after the work out i'll come back and post the before and now....

oh so not happy!
First i took my measurements the other day, i wrote them down and dont have the sheet in front of me...but my arms were 16.5 unflexed and 17.5 flexed....calves were 17.75' quads 25, waist a huge 36, and chest i think was 45....
now onto the sad note....A freak accident has struck.....while warming up legs the other day i think i tore the tendon in my right quad. Only had 135 on the bar and went down to stretch and came up on my toes by accident. (balance)....well i felt this sharp zipper like sensation come across my leg from the outside and work half way up my quad. I didnt think anything of it until i was working chest the other day....I was holding the 120's and sat down with them on my knees....my leg buckl'd....i'm not at all happy....going to take 2 weeks off legs do some serious stretchin and hope it heals...and is not torn
anyway no time to pout...Mike XXL's chest work outs FUCKING RULE
my chest feels HUGE

Ok guys...need some advice
I'm getting heavy. 218 today, and i've noticed the chin and face in general is freaken bloated looking and I'm feeling sluggish in general. I've got a gut and only 2 abs are showin...
I'm contemplating doing some cardio, 2 - 3 times a week maybe 20 minutes to help burn a bit. I'm scared of it though as i dont want to risk losing size.
ANY advice is welcome!!!!!!

I have completed some cardio while bulking up about 20-25min 3 times a week first thing in the morning...i don't feel it effected my gains greatly but they were deminished a bit...give it a try it seem like you have already gained a fair amount of muscle, so if you loose a little bit of fat and still gain a couple of pounds of LBW, you will look a lot bigger...good luck...XXL

Thanx for the advice Mike...your always spot on helping everyone and I appreciate it.
Had the wierdest experience the other day on 2 accounts...
1st i've lost more weight, down to 211, water weight.....and i was told i look more bloated yesterday....interesting
2nd...i was lifting chest yesterday and my shoulder was already sore.....i didnt knw what i did to it...got home and looked at it....i popped it outta joint. I've been able to partially dislocate it all my life, but that thing just completely popped....
good thing i had some pain killers on hand, cause shit that hurt..I feel better today just a bit sore...going to take today off from the gym, to make sure the pain is gone.
was a freak thing....I was at a friends house saturday and hurt it there goofin off drinkin....then i guess it was the combination of the motion of presses and my stupid ass thinking i'm super man and wouldnt get hurt.
ah well we live and we learn.... I will be back on the boards in full swing starting soon to research my next cycle....a cutter...
thinking of Equipoise and Winny....and a base of test anyway...gotta run

Hey Bro, another thing you might want to consider along with Mike_XXL's cardio advice is shortening your rest time between sets when training. Therefore, keeping your heart rate up and making your body work harder through the workout. I recently read in some mag's that this is a good way to get in some cardio if your not wanting to burn too much the traditional way. Just something I thought I'd pass along.
