BPM1's Cutting Cycle
what weve got here is a bulking cycle turned cutting (i realised that im way too fat) so here it is; im 8 wks into a 500mg of test cyp a wk(12wk cycle). im going to add 50mg-100mg of winny(injectable)wks 9-12. any input would be appreciated on this? im also thinking of starting clen now to help with the cutting (or should i wait for pct?) i know i poorly planned this all out but its a really long story as to why and so now im left to making adjustments to get the results im looking for.
ill be doing cardio 30-40mins 5 days a wk
here are my stats
32 yrs old
5'11" 235lbs, my goal is 210 or less, whatever 10% bf puts me at
16%-17% bf (depends on which calc i use)i am gonna get dunked to be sure
18" bicepts
47" chest
28" legs
16.5" calves (im working on these, damn theyre small!)
18" neck
37" waist (ouch!!!) wont stop until 32" or less
i mainly posted these as a reference for when im done ( hopefully nothing gets much smaller) except my waist of course.
my diet is;
meal 1
1 1/2 cup egg beaters
1/4 cup oats
meal 2
2 cans tuna
3 tbsp natty peanut butter
veggies
meal 3
8 oz chicken breast
1/2 cup oats
workout
pwo nutrition
2 scoops prot powder
3 scoops carb powder
meal 5
8oz chicken breast
1/2 cups oats
veggies
meal 6
8oz lean ground beef
macs total...pro/384...fat/60...carb/223.5...cal/2942
this diet has already been checked out on the diet forum and ok'd by Ibdmfkr
so im gonna post before pics soon (as soon as i figure out how). im not very happy with the way i look but for the interest of science and the transformation im going to make i guess im willing to open myself up to some flaming. im very self conscious of my chest as i tore my left pec 10yrs ago and my pecks are almost nonexistant, im working them, but progress is slow at best and they just arent growing yet. anyway like i said, im not happy with how i look, but thats why im doing all this, right? anyway ill try to keep this thread updated on the days im working out. im looking forward to any "constructive" criticism

lateral db raises 3 sets
tricept machine 4 sets
tricept extensions 3 sets
40 mins of cardio
crappy day at the gym, felt weaker than normal, i dont know if its the diet or not. i actually started cutting calories 2 wks ago after my gains stopped and i wanted to cut over trying to increase my calories to continue gaining. im going to weigh myself every couple days to keep track. i startes wei***ng in the morning instead of when i lift at the gym, im pretty sure it will give me a more accurate picture of whats going on with the weight.

abs 6 sets
felt a little more energy today, getting used to the lack of carbs in the diet. ive also been on c-binos gyno reversal protocol (about a wk), i know it can "dry you out" but ive been cramping a bit lately, wondering if its the letro.

im in the middle of wk 9 of a 12 wk, 500mg a wk, of test cyp, and thanks i started to feel like a red headed stepchild here.

I would bump the cardio to the A.M. on an empty stomach then work out at least 5 hours later in the day

my joints have been bugging me lately, i dont know if its related to the high dose of letro, basically thats all thats changed lately so i really cant come up with anything else. anyway all in all i felt good, still getting stronger!

my joints are really aching, i especially feel it on the neck press and upright rows, i had to go lighter. ive started ramping down on the letro as i cant stand the joint pain any more. i still have a lump under my nipple but all the puffyness is gone. does the lump go away? i dont know but im done with this letro, for a while anyway. at the very least its not getting worse. im gonna follow it with 1mg of arimidex to be sure it doesnt come back. anybody with any insights are welcome to chime in.

my joints are still achy but not as bad, im at half the letro i was on. im gonna keep it here and see if the lump under my nipple goes away. if the joint pain doesnt subside ill drop it some more. felt like shite today, no energy.

my joints are feeling better, still a little achy, but not debilitating anymore. energy was normal, still getting stronger. im going to cut the cardio out of my routine for a while as im losing weight too fast. i dont want to lose lbm.

i actually lost about 15 from when i started to cut. my heaviest was 240 and now im down to 225. but i started out (precycle) @ 224 w/a 39" waist and now my waist is 36" so in all actuality im guessing i have gained about 15 lbs in total lbm, we'll see if that holds.

got back in town after visiting the grandparents. got sick on the trip w/the flu . felt a little better today but was 3lbs lighter, i think due to dehydration we'll see if it comes back

joints are feeling better as im down to .5 mg of letro ed now, oh and i even have a sex drive again. felt a little lethargic at the gym but still had a great workout. im still getting stronger so i guess everything is still good.

either the winny is kicking my ass or im getting sick. felt terrible for the last 3 days and gained 2-3 pounds(and ive been solid on my diet too), im pissed!if i had the energy id scream! oh well hopefully ill start feeling better soon.

i was dead after the w/o today. my legs got all crampy, i totally cashed them out.got a great pump.only complaint is i had zero energy through-out it but i pushed through and it was good.

Stay strict with the diet, no matter how much cardio/AS you do wont do jack SHITTTTTTTTT if you eat SHHHHIIITTTTTYYYYY.

Didn't read much , just skimmed through.
After you drop some fat and cut you'll look pretty good.

awesome workout today! felt great and blew through it. new personal best on deads(which is pretty easy as ive only done them a total of 6 times counting today).

felt ok today was wiped out from work.i gave almost all my work away and let all my guys go except one 4 months ago. im an electrician so my job is pretty physical, i wear a 40lb tool bag all day and im up and down ladders and standing and squating all day. i usually work 10 hrs in the field and come home and do books and such for a couple hrs.this is the reason i havent worked out for 10 years. im totaly gonna give it my all to keep at this whole lifting thing even though ill be at full schedule again in the next month or so. anywayill keep at this cutting until i see my abs.

update
havent been on for a while. i went on a cruise and gained 5 lbs but lost it after being home 2 days(water weight). ive been busy as hell this week with work and i got sick on wed, along with the rest of my family, and im still feeling sh***y. so im worried about keeping my training regular as my job is very physicaly and emotionaly draining.im going to do my best.
pct starts today, im going with the anthony roberts sticky we'll see how it goes

update
ive only been able to hit the gym a couple times a wk lately due to my work schedule. ive been real solid on my diet and im still losing weight. ive definately lost some size due to my lack of work outs.anyways im gonna keep at it even if its not ideal, a little is better than none at all. ive managed to keep most my strength and thats cool with me.

damn im not posting very much, been super busy w/ work so my w/o,s have suffered any way. im still losing but not very quickly. time to adjust my diet looks like so ill do that and repost it. any way like i said im not stopping until i see a six pack. right now u can see the full outline of my abs, just not the deff in between. im thinking another 10 lbs and ill be there, we shall see

alright gonna start updating this a little better
legs today
squats 5 sets
leg press 1/2 set had to cut it short i pulled my groin on th squats EFF!!
standing calf raises 5 sets
leg extensions 4 sets
leg curls 3 sets
seated calf raises 6 sets
felt ok minus the pulled muscle, i think it was real minor as it feels better already. im cramping to effin hell as im on clen even though im taking 5 grams plus of taurine.im also struggling with my attitude cause im getting weaker an my energy sucks but i am cutting and i understand thats part of the game

tried no-explode today as ive struggled with energy in my workouts, and i loved it, i had the best workout ive had in a long time. still losing weight slowly but surely. i was 200 lbs on 5/26 which also was my b day so i was happy.it was a 4 day wkend and i cheated ALOT so my weight is still the same but what do u expect huh!

felt tired as usual 200gms of carbs is just not enough for me.i gained a little weight as i took a wk off from my diet cause i hiked down the grand canyon and i sure as hell wasnt gonna do that carb ***leted!anyway ill be back on track in a few days, oh yea i started up clen again today and will stay on it until i reach my goal weight
