Thought id share my routine
ive done this routine for 8 weeks now...found it is really helping my muscles grow like weeds....set it up so in a 2 week period, every muscle is getting a full workout 3 times. thought id share, for those who are looking for a good way to group muscles, and for those who are having a hard time growing..
Routine:
Su- Shoulders/ neck/ 30 minute run
M- Glutes/ Thighs/ calves/ 30 minute run
Tu- Chest/ tricep/ 30 minute run
W- 30 minute run/ ab excerise
Th- Shoulders/ neck/ 30 minute run
F- Back/ bicep/ 30 minute run
S- Glutes/ Thighs/ calves/ 30 minute run
Su- Chest/ tricep/ 30 minute run
M-Shoulders/ neck/ 30 minute run
Tu- Back/ bicep/ 30 minute run
W- 30 minute run/ ab excerise
Th- Glutes/ Thighs/ calves/ 30 minute run
F- Chest/ tricep/ 30 minute run
S- Back/ bicep/ 30 minute run

glad that works for you man, but I would never be able to do that ... 6 days of training in a row without rest ... that's crazy .... I wouldn't be able to walk ... but good luck

eh it helps me sleep at night better. also since im on juice, my recovery time is amazing, so im usually not too sore. but ya, it definetly is a work out.
