    Looking to gain around 15-20 pounds of lean muscle mass and increase strength.

    Training and nutrition regimen will be posted as I progress day-to-day. I have been pre-loading AI Cycle Support for almost 2 weeks and will be starting the cycle this Wednesday, March 7. Debating about whether to run Sostenol 250 for an extra week (4 total weeks); I'll see how I feel come Week 5 and make a decision. Any advice on the dosages for SNS Reduce XT's? Feel free to drop any advice/comments.

    The one I'm using does not have the Proprietary Testopen and its Proprietary Blend is only 70,000mcg (70mg). There a various types of Sostenol 250 out there by IDS and their "sub-companies". I recently saw one that had 86,000mcg (86mg) of the Proprietary Blend.

    Sorry guys, my weekend has been busy as hell. I'll update you guys on the last three days, including today, tonight. Sostenol is starting to kick in...I can feel it. My weight and reps have already started to rise and I have more endurance during my workouts. Only sides that have risen so far, have been some acne. To be exact, 2 pimples popped out on my face...sucks ass. But, I picked up some Zinc and it's helping a lot.

    A question for PCT: Should I go with SNS' Reduce XT or Designer Supplements' Lean Xtreme? I've been hearing and reading lots of good things about LXT and was just wondering.

    N/A: I had an appointment with my doctor due to a knee pain I've been having. He said that my knee tends to bend inward and that I have to go to physical therapy to strengthen it by working out my hip muscles and inner thigh muscles as well. So I will be going to physical therapy 2 times a week. Looks like I won't be able to actually workout my legs, but I'll try to do some leg presses, rdls, leg curls, and calf raises. THIS SUCKS BIG TIME!!!

    Sos's half life I'm guessing is relatively short...the only half life i really know is SD and thats ~6 hours...I'm guessing the other 2 are pretty much around the same cause like SD, they require short cycles to b effective

    Cycle: Day 7/21 - 17/21 Update!!!

    My bad guys. I've just been really busy with studying for midterms and my physical therapy.

    It's been going great, even though I really can't workout my legs. My knees are getting better gradually, and I do believe "S 250" is helping. The only exercises I'm doing with them are light-leg presses, leg curls, rdl, and good mornings. I have been working out calves as normal with heavy donkey-calf raises and standing-calf raises.

    So, my cycle has basically remained the same in regards to nutrition. What hasn't stayed the same are the reps and weights I've been using in my workouts. The weights I've been using are all over the place. My bench has literally gone up around 30lbs. Every other lift has at least gone up 15-20lbs. The last time I checked, I was at 189lbs. That's 8lbs. up from what I started out at. Vascularity is notable, and bodyfat has gone down. No major side effects noted; I have only experienced a little tiredness.

    I am looking forward to probably extending the cycle an extra week. I won't be posting my diet because you already have an idea of what I consume.

    ive been messing around with this stuff too..gotta say..the pumps are surreal..keep up the water intake though..ive been getting alot of cramping on days I dont

    I have 2 days left with my PCT, and the clomid I ordered from Lion has run out sooner than it should have. I still have some aromasin left, and was just wondering if I should just stop or just take aromasin the last two days?
