    First Real Cycle

    I'm getting ready to start my first injectable cycle on Sunday. I am a bit nervous about the injection but I guess i will dela with it. I am going to use this as my journal as I go. The question always comes up so, yes I have tried oral gear in the past, dbol , anadrol and winstrol .

    Right now I am 6'3", 228, not sure BF% 12?? If any one has a good guess as to my body fat...I'd like to hear it.

    I will be doing cardio at least 3-4 times a week for 25-30 minutes too to try and shed this belly. My diet seems to be on track as for the cleanliness of it. I just need to increase my intake a bit. It won't be hard though. gear makes me hungry.

    Please keep the advice / critisism and so on coming.

    OK, I did it. My first shot! Wasn't nearly as bad as i thought it would be. It was 250mg test e and 250mg deca . I will post my starting weight tomorrow after I get weighed at the gym.

    Today my right thigh is getting soar around the area, not horrible hopefully it is better in the morning. I weighed in at 228 today before I left the gym. I am going to do a little cardio after my work outs for about 10-15 minutes four times a week, nothing intense just to keep my heart rate up a bit.

    I really jumped my diet up ttoday to around 5,000 calories give or take 300-400. It was tough but I'll get used to it. I am eating very clean. I eat a good bit every two hours. The hardest part is cooking enough food for a whole day at work. I am taking in around 1.5 gallons of water a day too, runs right though me.

    I also started the dbol again today. 40 mg spaced throughout the day.

    As of this morning my leg doesn't hurt as much. I did legs today and that seemed to help the ache go away.

    Also took some measurements for a starting reference point:

    Biceps: 17" (flexed)
    Chest: 45.75"
    Neck: 17"
    Waist: 37"
    Forearm: 13.25"
    Quads: 25.5"
    Calfs: 16.75"
    Shoulders: 52" (I am not sure how close this is, Hard to do to myself)

    I 've also picked up some water wieght, about 2-3 pound

    Things are going well. I have noticable strength gains. Today I worked chest, mainly my incline which is always been my weekest point. My shoulder is still bugging me a bit on heavy flat bench and flies.

    As for the injections, no problem any more. The 23 gauge pins are painless, I don't even feel them. MY weight is at 235 today. I ate well this weekend but light on carbs.

    Haven't been on in a while. Strength gains are noticable. My weight has been bouncing a bit but between 237-238 average right now. I'll try and get some new pictures up, this is week 4 so I expect the test to start kicking in soon. I am dropping body fat, starting to get a bit more vascular.

    I've been kicking ass in there. I leave exhausted and soar. I start my blood pressure meds tomorrow. I saw my doc today and he said it was a bit high. 150/78. I am up to 240 at the gym tonight. I feel like I don'r run down as fast as I used to.

    Also my injections are a breeze now. I am rotating sites on my thighs and doing the right on sundays and the left on wednesdays. I think I nicked a nerve last night. My leg jumped when I pushed it in. If it was a nerve it wasn't as bad as I had expected. I'd like to try my shoulders or pecks..any sugestions on which first and needle size for them?

    I had my body fat checked by a trainer at my gym, he came up with 16% but said that may be off due to the fact that I just worked out and obviously am retaining a bit of water. Is this right? How accurate is a caliper test?

    if you want to hit shoulders i'd use a 25 gauge 1" pin

    Into week #5. I think I may just be paranoid but my nipples felt a little tender over the last few days. Any thoughts?

    Also wanted to give an idea of what I am eating through the day:

    7am: 2 whole eggs and 4 eggs whites, two slices of wheat toast, large OJ

    8:30am: a Peanut butter sandwich, banana

    10am: a 6oz burger, 1.5 cups of cottage cheese, 1 cup oatmeal

    12pm: 1/3 lb chicken and .5 cups uncooked brown rice

    2pm: 1/3 lb chicken and .25 cups uncooked brown rice

    4pm: 1/3 lb chicken .25 cups of uncooked brown rice, banana

    5-6:30 GYM

    7 pm: yogurt and peanut butter sandwich as I cook

    8pm: .5 lbs lean beef and veggies stirfry

    9:30: 12 oz yogurt, 12 oz milk and two big scoops of protein powder

    That is todays diet. I switch it up every day but still has similar build-up. I do bef one day and chicken the next and so on. Plus I may add more to this as the day goes on for the extra calories. I have a very high metabolism in the first place.

    What for AI right now and how long should I run it. See above for what I have on hand. Thanks

    im not really sure how juiceball is figuring this diet looks pretty good and mine looks bad, not really sure what he is thinking... but anyways if leaning up is your goal try to keep out so many carbs and fats in the same meal.(like peanut butter and banna sandwhichs) And you PWO should be a protien shake with some oj or something. Also your last meal before bed has a lot of sugar and carbs try switching it from a pro/carb meal to a pro/fat

    Burgers aren't the best for you but its not like you are going to be competing soon anyway. Cottage cheese is a great source of protein; I'm not sure what juiceball is thinking

    ok, why only 1/4 cup rice

    4pm: 1/3 lb chicken .25 cups of uncooked brown rice, banana
    ok, again, maybe go 1/2 cup rice, but you are getting plenty of cals anyway

    5-6:30 GYM
    Right here is where you need a change. Immediately following your workout, you need nutrients. Carbs and protein. I would recommend trying to get in 30-50g protein and 60-100g carbs within 30 minutes of lifting. A shake would work best for this. Cytogainer is pretty good and I like Surge by Biotest as well.

    7 pm: yogurt and peanut butter sandwich as I cook
    Replace with the Post Workout (PWO) shake

    8pm: .5 lbs lean beef and veggies stirfry

    9:30: 12 oz yogurt, 12 oz milk and two big scoops of protein powder
    Overall, it looks pretty good for bulking. You've got lots of dairy in there which is fine but can cause some bloating. Keep eating and hitting the gym hard and you should do great this cycle. Best of luck.

    I'm pretty sure he is looking to put on mass, thats why i sad overall its pretty good because he is eating alot of calories from whole foods. not 7 shakes a day with one real meal like someone..... lol

    well since you like to read over what people say such as you did my....alright for one he said he's trying to shed his belly and put on clean weight which means having carb/fat meals are not in his best interest but i guess you dont know much about this.Also having things such as yogurt before bed is a no no for leaning out. Two, if you read my initial statement in my diet i said this IS NOT what my typical day looked like i was just on the run having to work and didnt get to make it to the store until that night. So i substituted protien shakes where there would be chicken and tuna.
    Besides there is still the arguement protien shakes are just as effective.

    calm down bro, we are all here to help each other. ok first about the carb/fat meal come on I told him to drop that meal and yes I agree about milk and yogert 2 things I never eat b/c they are garbage. I told him to have some cottage cheese before bed

    i just dont know how your gonna say this diet is fine when mine was shitty when eveything was in place "pro/carb pro/fat" i just substitued chicken for protien shakes on one day. And no you didnt say to drop the peanut butter sandwhich you just said to add protien. And....you didnt say anything about getting rid of the Yogurt in the last meal of the day. You actually said it looked ok just throw in some cottage cheese which in my opinion isnt right either. Yes we are to help eachother but youre just giving bad information, first my good diet is shit and this flawed diet is "looking good" no offense to power in a bottle lookin good bro keep up the hard work

    not good milk and yogurt both have alot of sugar, replace with cottage cheese and protein shake
    The previous advice I gave was for bulking if you want to cut you need to change alot of things, my suggestion are in bold

    thanks guys. That was just that days meals. Most of the time it is cottage cheese before bed and the meal while I cook is a shake...I had none that day. I am trying to lower the carbs a bit. Not too much though, I need the calories during the day. My little belly i had is getting smaller. My blood pressure is still up though. Today it was 156/80.

    Oh yeah, I am kind of leaning toward bulking up this time around too. I wanted lean but I need the mass so bulk it is. Here's a shot at todays meals

    7am: 2 whole eggs plus 4 egg whites, 2 pieces of wheat toast

    830am: two tablespoons of peanut butter, two slices wheat bread, banana

    10am:two tablespoons of peanut butter, two slices wheat bread, banana plus a protien shake

    12pm: cup of wheat pasta, some sauce, stewed tomatoes, 1/3 pound lean beef

    2pm:cup of wheat pasta, some sauce, stewed tomatoes, 1/3 pound lean beef

    4:30 cup of wheat pasta, some sauce, stewed tomatoes, 1/3 pound lean beef

    6:30pm: protien shake

    8pm: 1/2 lean been and veggies

    9:30 protien shake

    10:15pm 1 cup cottage cheese

    tomorrows meal will look the same but I'm going to change the meals at 8:30 and ten to a 10 ounce steak. Keep the advice coming guys. Somethign else I forgot to mention, I eat the yogurt and the bananas to keep my potasium up, the BP meds I'm on strip my water and potassium.

    Even for bulking eating like that would not be reccommended unless you are just trying to toss on fat

    I'm cutting down on my total carbs through out the day. I have lost a few pounds this week, I think it was since I stopped the dbol on saturday I shedded some water weight. Today I was so run down, I haven't slept well the last couple days and it finally hit me today. My nipples are feeling better, I have been running letro since monday.

    Todays diet:

    7am: 2 whole eggs + 3 egg whites, 2 pieces of wheat toast
    9:30am: 10ounce steak
    11:45am: 1 cup wheat pasta, 1/3 lb beef
    1pm: 10 ounce steak
    2:50pm: 3/4 cup wheat pasta, 1/3lb beef
    5pm: 1/2 cup pasta, 1/3 lb beef
    7pm: big protein shake
    8:30pm: 1lb boneless ribs with a little BBQ sauce
    9:30 1 cup cottage cheese

    My bp meds dry me out big time too, I swear every 30 minutes I'm in the bathroom. Yeah, I am much happier with how I am moving the diet around a bit. Less carbs keeps me more hungy too, I would be such a good fat guy, lol. I love to eat! I am noticing my belly going down also, even with all the crap I was eating. You guys are a huge help for me! I am already trying to figure out what cycle to run at the end of the year or next year, suggestions??

    Also I am noticing my sex drive slowed a bit in the last week or so. I really hope it comes back full swing. I was a little freak for a bit there. My girl was like what the hell is wrong with you? Ha-ha.

    ya bro the letro is gonna **** with your drive alittle, which kinda sucks. I am the same way with the food I could eat so much it isn't funny, i use to be a fat ass.

    The cycle I just started is test prop, tren a and winny while taking letro clen and t3, I was 240 not to long ago and now I am 220 and everyone keeps telling me how much bigger I am getting, i think its pretty funny

    I get the same thing bro, damn you are huge! I love it. My doc asked me what was up. June of last year I was 209 last week I jumped on his scale at it read 246.

    I'm shocked to see that no one has aked, but I will answer anyway. Yes I eat veggies, at least a salad or two a day, plus fish oil and muti vitamins everyday.
