    Who has had a noteable transformation here?

    Hey so I've looked around at people's pictures and progress but I was wondering if there is anybody around the forum that has had like freakish results with pictures to document (natural or not, doesn't matter). I'm really interested to see someone who had a complete transformation. Basically I want some motivation. I've pretty much plateaued at 6' 3" 220 at around 11% BF and I want to go balls out the next full year and log pictures til I get to 240 with like 8% BF. I want my "after" picture to look fake next to my "before" picture.

    There are a few, perfectbeast's transformation is the one that has impressed me most.

    im getting closer im gonna post up when ive lost another 5lbs, i will have lost 45lbs in total i look totally diff than before
