Fordfan01's Precomp Bulk
Well I'm doing my first comp. this coming April and I'd figure Id start a log to help keep me motivated.
Ill start my cycle this coming monday:
wks 1-12 test e 600mg/wk frontloaded
wks 1-10 Npp 400mg/wk
wks 1-5 dbol 30mg/day
sitting at 190 lbs 6'1" and about 12%bf
Supplements: MultiVitamin, BCAAs, Glutamine, Milk Thistle, Flax Seed Oil
Im intaking about 3200 cleans cals a day and just started working out with a former bodybuilder.

worked out with my PT friend today.
bench press - 5x5
bent rows - 6x5
power cling - 5x5
overhead press - 5x5
pullups - 5x6
hes got me trying a new kind of split not sure if i like it or not i do upper body all in one day and lower another and do it twice a week

i didnt get a chance to workout friday b/c i had to go on a kayaking trip that i took for summer school. Had a hell of a time but im ready to get back in the gym tom. I should have some pics up soon

front squats 6 sets of 4
Deads - 6 sets of 5
RDL - 4 sets of 6
squats - 5 sets of 5
i start my cycle this coming monday

was waiting for somebody else to say something first, i hate to be the bearer of bad news but ur 2-3 over 12% and it kinda looks like u maybe just started lifting. i would hold off a little while on the cycle til u get a little more development. no flaming just tryin to help ya out. but if u decide to go ahead with it...i would look up the harris benedict formula online. i just calculated it for ya... u should be taking in about 3700-3800 cals per day to gain...3200 won't give u nearly the gains.

thanks for the reply man like i said the pics dont do me justice i got my bf taking here at my university in a tank it was 11.7. I have abs when im not flexed but the just arent thick at all. Ive been training since i was 17 so its coming up on 4 years now i did start off with around 3900 cals but i was putting on to much fat for my liking so i cut it down (im a nutrition major so my diet is spot on) thanks for the advice though but i am a bit more developed than it looks

well im a little off my split but i went ahead and worked chest today
bb flat bench pyramid 6 sets
incline db 4 sets of 6
incline db flys 3 sets of 8
close grip bp 4 sets of 6
nosebreakers 3 sets of 8
dips burnout w/ 45lb weight
