Fat mans Quest v2.0
Well well well, guess im back!!!!
Dont for once think that Ive stopped my quest of getting back down to my 'glory weight' I dont even remember what that weight was lmao. Well I'm going to recap this whole thing.
I was a depressed fat boy who ate ate ate and got extremely fat.
I hopped on a scale one day and saw that I was well over 400lbs. I was shocked and disgusted that I let myself get this way.
I was always into powerlifting (for a short while), then switched back over to regular lifting then I stopped for 4 years thats when I got extremely heavy.
Now fellas Im not looking into being a ripped specimen, thats far from now. Im setting myself smaller goals that lead into the bigger one, that I havent thought of yet, im sure I will in due time.
Here I am Starting weight of 426lbs Goddamnit how did this happen?
Here I am getting crunk at 390lbs
And here I am today ****ing bored out of my mind at my office. But at a happier 360lbs
Yes I know horrible pics that don't show my physique, and thats because I am still not at a point where I am satisified with myself and comfortable with taking my shirt off. I will be though once I get down to 300lbs.
My training regimen is as follows
Monday Cardio-Back-Cardio
Tuesday Cardio-Chest- Cardio
Wednesday Cardio (walk my dog)
Thursday Cardio-Shoulders-Cardio
Friday Cardio-Arms- Cardio
Saturday Cardio-Legs
Sunday Cardio (walk my dog)
My diet is the same everyday, but unfortunately I cannot share that with the forum.
Im feeling great though, never out of breath anymore, can get thru my workouts easily. Many compliments from my peers and co-workers. Very excited and extremely motivated. This will be my log to track my weekly progress, my weight, my gripes, all that shit lol.
Thank you for reading fellas, and I hope to inspire people in the future that this can be done.

Best of luck, CroMagnon!
Sounds like you've got the motivation and the determination to make serious changes in your life. Diet is the hardest thing, believe me, but having a regimen worked-out by a professional is a big advantage.
Looking forward to seeing your progress, big man (big in a good way!)
Cheers,
BigLittleTim

Monday 08/20
Weekend went well. Had my first cheat meal in 6 weeks. Felt like crap afterwards. I wont be having another cheat meal for a very very very long time. Did my cardio over the weekend.
Today. Thus far Ive had 2 cardio sessions 45 minutes on the treadmill, and another 30 minute session during my lunch break at work. Some people might say im over doing it but I feel great. Tonight I train back followed by another 30-45 minute cardio session. Feels great to be on the ball, and diet is back on point! I think ill post new pics next month so you all can notice a substantial loss in weight.
Thanks for looking fellas!

hey guys im here!!!
had a pretty shitty weekend. had my car broken into this morning and ****ers stole my goddamn gym bag. with my ipod and all my straps, and sleeves. Really annoying.
Back on track though can't let this negative shit **** up my motivation.
Last week I took a small break from the training, I felt a bit 'over-trained' and sluggish. Think Ive been doing too much cardio? Nonetheless, I took 3 days off over the Holiday, and now the wheels are rolling again.
Today:
Missed AM cardio getting my car window replaced.
Missed Afternoon (lunch-time cardio) left my clothes at home because I rushed out to the window place.
BUT (lol) this afternoon I have my back session with ARNOLDSSON, followed by 45 minutes of cardio.
And tomorrow morning I start the cardio again, since Ive replaced my Ipod. I swear guys Ive gone thru 10 ipods at least. Thank God I sell them lol.
Weight as of August 31st: 351lbs. My next target weight loss is 340 (lmao)
Keep pumpin guys!!!!!

pwo 45 minutes of cardio
This morning did 45 minutes of cardio
then a short bicep workout
standing preacher with a twist 3 sets of 15 with a 30dbell
superset with alternating hammers for 15 with a 25lb.
then alternating seated dbell curl holding at peak contraction while performing rep with other hand (disgusting!) superset with arnold curls (standing bent over concentration curl) 25lb dbell for 12 reps (dying)
I switched up my diet for today switching over to turkey, yesterday almost threw up when i bit into chicken breast lol, 7 weeks of chicken titties lol.
Feeling good a bit tired, but I do feel great, havent weighed myself last week nor this week thus far, i plan on wei***n in on Friday and if i REMEMBER, snap some pix this weekend for my progress. thanks for reading guys this is really helping me out putting all my thoughts into this small journal.
