Clen/T3 cutting phase
It only took me about 20 attempts to have an account that actually works and will allow me to post. I've been lurking on here for about 2 years and just viewing and reading.
My background information that I've been working out hard for about 4 years, but this was from 2000-2004. My stats then were 6'1", 218lbs at 6%bf. i took a couple months off and went backpacking around Germany, beer was 1/4 the price of water and gyms were too damned expensive for a student budget. I lost tons of muscle, moved to Florida and continued the party lifestyle of clubs, drinking, eating, and enjoyed life. I've been back into the gym off and on for about a year and the past 4 months consistent. Got my training into a good regime and diet is very good now that i moved to Michigan.
I'm starting a 6-week cutting program next week and thought i'd post up some before pics for reference and the supplements i'll be taking.

If my friend can come through with some winnie, I will add that for the last 4 weeks to maintain what muscle I currently have.
I've never taken any form of AAS, and the only supplements i take are multivitamins, PWO shakes, and the occasional protein bar.
The first is a picture from April down in Florida. the last ones are from 7/10/2007. I know, I'm pasty white.
current stats: 24, 6'1" 210lbs, 15.3% bf. I have thin skin and some extra from my childhood fat-ass stage, you can see more definition in person...

Finally got everything in form Bulgaria this morning. Started with 20mcg clen on an empty stomach, went and did and hour of hard cardio. My normal heart rate at the peak is normally about 150-153, I had trouble getting it that high, kept it right around 135-140 for most of the time.
My temp before was 97.5*f, and after was only 97.8*f. I'll be monitoring that, blood pressure and heart rate throughout the day.

Day 2: pulse before clen was 61bpm, temp 97.5*f
did 10 minutes cycling
15 minutes running at 8mph @4 incline
35 minutes elliptical on level 10

cant comment much on ur cycle cuz i dont know a lot about clen but im interested to see the results. whats ur diet like?

this is just a sample diet...
7am - clen and then cardio
8:15-8:30 - 2 servings Jarrow shake (360 calories, 4gm fat, 34gm carb, 44gm protein)
9am - 4 egg omelette with spinach, red peppers, onions, etc
noon - chicken breast on whole grain bread
2pm - jarrow again between classes
4ish - weights
5:30-6 - PWO shake
7pm dinner(chicken, tuna, shrimp, or steak depending on what's around) with veggies
10pm - 40-50gm whey shake before bed
normall i get around 2000-2200 calories a day, 215-250gm protein, 125-150gm carbs, 20-30gm fat. i've been using fitday.com to help keep track of everything.

everything is going well, started the t3 at only 25mcg and 80mcg of clen . i am deffinently hotter than normal. around 99*f average temp throughout the day. weight and size hasn't changed, but cardio is easier, still able to lift strong if not stronger. i've been able to increase all last sets by atleast 2 reps on the same weight.

everything is going great. temp this morning was 98* pulse was 67. i had my body fat measured today and it showed 14.4%. they were double ad triple checked to make sure. i just have damn thin skin and a little bit of lose skin. cardio didn't happen this morning because my legs are sore worn from last nights weights. heading to the gym now for 30 minutes of cardio before my weights.

i haven't been able to update for a while. We have been busy putting on the Northwood University International Auto Show.
but the results have been great. i stopped the clen on the second and am just taking t3 right now are 50mcg dosages. tomorrow it going to 75mcg and in a week increasing to 100mcg. the clen starts back in 9 days and will continue for another 2 weeks.
as for the results... i have leaned out quite a bit. my strength and definition is still there. actually i've been able to increase my strength quite a bit and my friends have noticed i am a little larger than before. i'm still not taking any type of AAS and don't plan to till i get down to under 10%. and even then i doubt i will. i'm going to try and get back over 215 naturally with a lot of work.

still staying at 75mcg t3, i realized i didn't have enough to finish as planned so i have more coming in from bulgaria.
odd effects though, i've read a lot of people saying that they lost muscle as well as fat, but half the opposite is happening. i'm deffinently gaining size as well as toning up quite a bit.
i'm 3 weeks into this and i'm down to 203, but my strength has increased quite a bit. where i used to do my last set of incline dumbells at 80lbs for 8 reps struggling with the last one. i'm easily getting 90lbs 10 times. this is the last set in my entire chest workout. does that seem odd to anyone? does anyone have any comments?
