    clen log

    so four days ago I started liquid clen and thought id post a half ass log to help me keep track of things... (im not gonna take my temp or any of that crap)

    Goal: im already fairly lean I just cant see my abs my only goal is to get rid of 3-5lbs around my waist that ive been having trouble getting rid of sense my last cycle. after im done with two weeks of clen im starting another cycle and im gonna use the rest of the clen in pct

    Day 1 40mcg
    Day 2 80mcg
    Day 3 120mcg
    Day 4 120mcg

    so far im not really feelin any sides at all: the first day I felt the heat and had the drips, when I take 120mcg's right after I feel warm, I had soup today and it was the first time I noticed the shakes (spoon was shakin), I did notice a slight decrease in appetite the first couple days but I also started taking aderall again and that affects my appetite the first few days I start it

    Did 20 min on the bike today then bi's and shldr's after that I played three games of b-ball

    Ill weigh myself tomorrow and probably take 140mcg I imagine eventually ill go up to 200mcg

    Day 5- 140mcg

    Today I only played a couple games of bball

    Breakfast: four eggs

    protien shake after workout

    dinner: salmon steak with white rice and broccolli good sized dinner

    weight was 184

    Four eggs for breakfast, thats it? You will lose muscle
    I think you need to revamp your diet. Carbs for your dinner?
    Doing cardio then weights?
    How long have you been working out and how dedicated are you, seriously?
    How many calories are you taking in per day?

    I took clen and you read and posted questions in my log..
    I regret taking CLEN, but you know what I would of never learned its all in your diet if I didn't take CLEN.
    I just hope I dont have heart problems down the road.
    All you have to do is have a solid diet and be mentaly disciplined on eating and sticking to just that.
    Im still dropping 1-2 pounds per week
    Not trying to knock you...........

    No its cool thanx for the advice ...

    My diet has been sorta weird becuase with the aderall and the clen it was hard for me to eat I had to choose things I knew I could get down I suppose

    Im not too worried about loosing alittle muscle bc im about to go on another cycle

    and that dinner didnt have that many carbs man

    In my book Diet is 70%, working out is 30%.
    Its takes mental disicpline to say, not eat good food like burgers or hot dogs or something really tasty when your out.
    I just weighed my self today and Im back at 180 from 178.
    Thats my fault, I had a rough week at work, and I changed something up.
    Well Now I see it didnt do anything to help, so Im dropping it and redoing my steps.
    Yeh im depressed, pissed, but you know what, its my fault, sometimes it takes a toll on me watching what I eat, taking supps every couple of hours, eating the same shit day after day, but Gaining 1-2 pounds has remotavted me.
    Come Thanksgiving, im taking 1 full week off, and Using lipo 6 ONLY TO CURB MY APPETITE, I will be with family and Its ok to binge, but it will have an affect on me, so thats why im taking LIPO 6 with me, I know I can take hoodia, but i had better APPETITE control with lipo 6.

    All Im saying is eating is very important, Like I said I regret taking CLEN , but im glad I did, I learned its all diet.
    I thought it was all BS when other people I knew competed told me, Now I know its not.
    I literally weigh my food, prepare it for the week and count macros.
    You know what, it made a difference weather I was on CLEN or stimerex or lipo 6.
    Just saying try to really get your diet in check, can't build a decent house with missing materials.

    Actually I went back and looked and there was plenty of carbs in that dinner, although the rice was basically the only carbs I ate all day

    I appreciate your help bro and I realize that dedication is huge and that diet is the main factor, but im going ot have to say you can have tremendous success without wei***ng out everything you eat and counting every nutritional fact on the chart... thats a little too far, too OCD for me its not in my nature

    started cutting at somewhere between 185-190

    started clen at 185 today I woke up and weighed 179.5 which was a huge surprise

    If you wanna lose alot of weight, just overdo cardio daily 30-45 mins.
    You will lose weight + muscle, thats if you dont mind the muscle lost.

    thanx man, the measurements arent perfectly exact but I have done a pretty good job

    day 7 140mcg

    actually took the day off my knees and thighs are hurtin from this week. Im gonna hit it hard tomorrow

    Day 8 160mcg noticed some shaking this morning when I was studying Ill prob try the same dose tomorrow as well and see if it effects me as much

    chest and tris today ran a fast mile might do some time on the bike later today

    today I ate eel sushi for my first meel, had a snack later consisted of handfull of almonds yogurt string chease and a lil bit of jerky, after workout had protien shake and half a chicken ceaser salad that ill finish at dinner with a couple pork chops

    160mcg today with some shaking but not as bad as yesterday im gonna bump it up again tomorrow

    played three games of bball and did abs

    Day 10 180mcg

    felt the sides today probably take it down a knotch tomorrow

    this morning I had a protien shake and an apple

    couple hours later salad with various veggies and italian dressing some grapes two hard boiled eggs and a banana

    snack handfull of almonds a couple rice cakes and yogurt

    few hours later I had 10 oz salmon steak and broccolli

    going to the gym to lift back and play a few games of b ball

    then protien shake steak and veggies

    well I finished the clen yesterday and its hard to judge exactly how much weight I lost bc it fluctuated some but Id say I lost about 5 solid lbs I was lookin in the mirror today and you can definately tell my abs are more pronounced

    if I grabbed some benadryll and did 2-4 more weeks I believe I would def have the abs I want but due to time constraints I have to start my next cycle tomorrow Ill be doing clen in my pct though and will likely document it

    I would suggest clen the sides werent bad at all
