Renesis' Albuterol Log
Well soccer seasons over and I decided to quit soccer for good and get into bbing.
So basically heres what I am taking.
Albuterol 18mg/day 1 month split 3x/day. Dosage might be raised later on.
Got my diet together and have my protein shakes to only 2x/day.
Fish oil liquigels
Amp02
Stats 5'5-6 148lbs by way of the new scale that we have.
I gained a good amount of weight back in 3 weeks of working out since my season ended then, but I only started on Albuterol last week. Monday I will add the Amp02 to the mix and see how it all turns out.
I might be lighter now than before, but my strength is starting to come back with ease.

Feeling strong as hell on Thursday so I went for a solid leg day.
Legs are a bit weak as I have compartment syndrome in my calves caused from running in soccer. So until my calves heal up and stop hurting im a bit crippled weight wise on legs.
Squat
Warm up 135x10
185x10
225x8
250x6
Heres the fun part I do leg press then immediately move to ham curls and immediately go to leg extension after this. Then rest 1-2minutes and repeat for 3 sets of each.
Like I said though I try to keep the weight light as my calves are in serious pain.
Leg press
210x10
230x10
250x10
Ham curls- These are done with strict and slow form with a 2 second count once curled and slowly returned so the weight is way low.
50x10
70x10
90x10
Leg extension- Done just like the curls 2 second count at the top.
50x10
70x10
Calf raises/ext (done on leg press machine)-
Warm up 120x15
150x10
170x10
190x10
Walking Lunges - The reps are 2 steps one from each leg.
Light warm up - 45x15
65x12
85x10
105x8
And I won't bother with the rest of the week for now as it was just arms/abs.Last edited by Renesis; 11-10-2007 at 02:02 PM.

Monday Chest/back
Well started off at 6mg at 7am 6 at 10am and 6 at 1pm. Jittery all day a little hot, but even after a terrible nights sleep (panic attacks from the heat in the room) I could not fall asleep in classes today. Come 6pm I took the recommended half dosage of amp 02 5 capsules. Holy crap by the time I went to work out at 7 I could not stop thinking about lifting. I was pumped like all hell and veins coming out where I had never seen before.
Weight today - 146lbs flat
Warm up
30x15
50x10
DB Bench
100x8 (getting stronger already)
80x12
90x10
DB INC
80x10 (Again feeling strong)
60x12
70x10
Heres where it gets a bit annoying to be so pumped, since I superset between incline and deadlift I couldn't feel my arms on my 2nd and 3rd set of incline presses. My forearms were in a lot of pain from the pump.
Deadlift
Warm 135x10
155x10
185x8
225x6
I could not do anymore deadlifting because I thought my forearms were going to explode I can definitely feel the AMP 02 working now.
Rows
100x10
120x10
140x8
Lat Pulldown
80x10
120x10
140x4
Finished with 1 arm benching at light weights to try and get my chest evened out.
Overall the Albuterol is helping me recover much quicker I feel less sore after workouts and in the days that continue. Normally I take 3 days from leg days and 2 days from chest days to recover. It now takes about 2 days for legs and 1 day for chest, so I am pleased there. The Amp 02 produces insane pumps for me as I am sensitive to products like this, but it makes some workouts a bit painful and harder to complete as you can see the differences in my back workout. Overall these skin tearing pumps are great though so A+ Avagenx. I still can't shake the pump and my hands are starting to hurt now lol.

Leg day again baby.
Took the Albuterol at 7am then the Amp02 at 12:30. ( I don't like mixing these two stimulants together so I keep a good amount of time between them) Hit the gym at 1:30.
Since I decided to change up my lunges I went lighter on squats to give myself some extra strength later.
Warm up
Squat- 135x12
155x10
185x8
225x6
Leg press
210x12
230x10
250x10
Hamcurls
50x12
70x10
90x10
Leg Ext
50x12
70x12
90x12
Again the curls and extensions are done with strict slow form with a nice 2 second count squeeze up top.
Calf raises
150x15
170x12
190x10
Now the fun part.
Took the bar and some weights and went into the indoor tennis courts to go across the width which is 100ft. I get to the end walk back halfway and then do squats walk all the way back and rest 2minutes.
Walking lunges
Trial
45lbs-100ft walk 1/2 way back and 20 squats.
65lbs-100ft walk 1/2 way back and 15 squats.
85lbs-100ft walk 1/2 way back and 10 squats.
Needless to say this was probably the most painful exercise I have ever done.
Walking down the hill back to my dorm was painfull as my ass and legs continued to cramp from the fatigue.
Conclusion for the day- Felt sore this morning from my previous back and chest workout, but nothing unbearable just some stiffness, of course nothing that some stretching doesn't relieve. Albuterol kept me awake this morning again, but I don't have class until 12:30 when I then took the Amp02 at 5caps. Tomorrow I will try the 10 caps for arm day. My legs definitely had a strong pump today that I can still feel right now. It made the ham curls and leg extensions difficult to get through and quite painful, but I love pain so I got through it with some strange faces from me and strange looks from others.

Are you trying to lose fat is that why you are taking albuterol? Being 5'6" 148 lbs you prob. dont have to much fat to lose.

No I am not using Albuterol to lose fat. I don't believe its fat burning properties are so profound. I am using it for a clean bulk seeing as how it has anti-catabolic properties, helps with muscle recovery and protein synthesis. Im hoping to reach 170lbs by about march-april then cut for the summer.

After that I hit my abs hard for a good half hour.
So Legs today feel pretty good, my glutes are quite a bit sore but I will get over it. After taking the 10 caps and going through bis and tris I honestly thought my arms were going to explode the damn Amp02 had me extremely vascular today having veins coming out of my shoulders. The Albuterol kept me jittery all day and wide awake so I went into the gym with energy. Overall my workouts have been picking up quite a bit and I feel more aggressive in the gym with the weights.
