I haven't been on a cycle in 4 years, I am 25 now and am looking to get on a cycle. Here is my information, I am 5'10 about 215lbs, i am about 20% bodyfat (on the high side) and would like to lean up. My body is tired of always having this extra weight on me and its starting to catch up with me physically. I would like to end up around 180-185 at 8% by the end of april. I am willing to do another cycle in order to aid in the achievement of this goal. I believe that my goals are realalistic. I need some cycle tips, I don't want to get any bigger, I just want to lean down and give my knees and back a rest after years of abuse in the gym. I have totally changed my lifting routine. Any advice on a cycle would be much appreciated.
