I'm a hard gainer bro, so I need to eat extra protien and carbs to even gain a pound, so i really want to take full advantage of this cycle and bulk up as much as possible, and than cut afterwards.
Took another shot last night in the left glute.. the thigh is painful the next couple days and makes me limp lol.. might go to the gym, did chest yesterday and light leg workout
Flat Bench - 5 sets of 190x5
Incline DB Press - 2 sets of 13 with 65lbs
Incline Flys - 2 sets of 12 with 35lbs
Peck Deck -2 sets of 15 with 135lbs
Squats - couple warmups than 2 sets of 225 x 10 and x13
Leg Press - 3 sets of 10 plates
next to work - back and shoulders

Back n Shoulders:
Shoulder Press(Smith Machine): 185lbs x 8 x 7 195lbs x 5 x 6
Deadlifts: 225lbs x 4 275lbs x 3 245lbs x 4
Side Lat raises: 30lbs 2 sets
Chin ups: 30lbs help x12x10x8
Shrugs - 3 sets of 15
Seated rows - 3 sets of 12 120lbs

I'm considering taking some letro my nips look a little puffy might just be bloat im kinda paranoid but ill wait and see
so this makes 4 shots in a couple more weeks the test e should kick in !!
I'm going to try and eat ALOT this week I haven't been sticking to my diet because of exams and midterms but i did put on some solid weight but not as much as I wanted so far
go big or go home
oh btw my biceps are kinda red and have like little stretch marks.. i like it
ill measure them when i can they were 15 and a half before i started pretty sure they got bigger already..bloat maybe

OK, cool. Love arm day. Yea, diets are hard to stick to with a busy schedule. Guy told me once, if you want to be 250, you have to eat like your 250.

Yeah in my case 200lbs haha.. im gonna make sure I do this i got alot out of the way this week so i have no excuses now and I won't let anything get in the way of my eating for the rest of the cycle
I feel real good.. i don't feel the need to move out of the way for anyone when im walking and i feel real aggressive which im liking quite a bit
im not being a dick or anything i guess it's just that sense of well being, im heading to the gym right now and will post up how my workout feels

Todays arm workout was real good arms are quite swollen, even tho they always are when i work arms heh
but im gettin stronger also and someone i know at the gym asked me if i was on anything and said i look like i bulked up a bit and it's only been waht 2 weeks?
Bicep Curls - 95lbs? 5x5
Dumbell Curls Standing 40lbs x9x8x7
Dumbell Preacher Curls 35lbsx8 30lbsx12
Close Grip Bench - 225lbs Smith Machine 5x5
Skull Crushers - 85lbsx12x10
Standing Tricep Extension Behind Head .. 20lbs x15 than right to 15lbs x8 with each arm

Pretty much, I consider it my first cycle.. i fooled arond with it a few years ago(Dbol ,Winny) when i didn't know about it and was stupid and just did it like my friends cuz i wanted to get bigger and stronger.. heh

hows the 30mgs of dbol workin for you? asking cause im comparing you to me and 25 did nothing to me when i did test E and dbol.
i didnt feel any strength or see any size till the test kicked in a few weeks in.

Dbol is feelin good actually i am getting stronger every workout .. before i started i was doing plates and 25's on the smith for close grip now im doing 2 plates for the same reps, and i haven't even reached the 2 week point so it can't be the test yet
however i am sensing some gyno in my right nip.. got letro on hand but no l-dex which i would much rather run during the cycle but im gonna get some opinions and see what to do about it.
gonna work shoulders and back tomorrow and hopefully improve on everything ate pretty good last couple days
not weight myself until next week for some added motivation.. lets say...next weekend friday or saturday.

That being said ive done dbol before alone when i wasa dumb and didn't know much about ass and it pretty much did nothing.. but my diet wasn't good and i also think the stuff was severly underdosed or fake... the stuff i have now is 100% legit and 30mg seems to be working good.

Been eating decently going to just run letro at a very low dose, one squirt a day and see how that goes and if i have any gyno issues but i think it'll be fine. Going to the gym late on to work chest and maybe some legs depending.
Did Shoulders and some back yesterday. Dumbell press 3 sets of 70lb 10,8, and 6 or 7
Deadlifts i really weren't feeling i just did a few light sets
than some secondary movements
Looking forward to a nice chest workout and im going to try and improve everything from the last one.. which shouldn't be too hard

Workout was good today.. I am pretty sure I know why i had a shitty shoulders and back workout previously .. i was suppose to do chest not shoulders and back again
total brain freeze all the studies must be getting to me
anyways good pump at the gym getting stronger I believe
190lbs 5 sets of 5 reps.. was quicker and easier with better form than last workout will up it to 195 next day
Incline Machine - 4 plates for 3 sets of 16,14,12 or so
Incline Flys - 35lb dumbells 2 sets of 13
Dips - couple sets of 15 or so
didn't do squats couldn't get the smith machine and we don't have a power rack
Leg Press - 10 plates - 15
14 plates - 13 reps twice
3 sets of Calves
2 sets of leg curls

I'm getting close to 180, my BF is a little higher but not much.. im really not too sure how accurate my scale is either so it's hard to say.. i can't notice any more fat maybe a little bit of bloat.. ill take some pics soon, at least for when the dbol is done.

Yeah the letro seems to help but i think it definately slowed my progress im gonna try discontinuing it and see how that goes, did arms the other day got a great pump and getting a bit stronger on every exercize(squeezing out some more reps)
--im over 180 but not in the morning on an empty stomach but i am progressing! .. gonna work shoulders and back today so ill post up my workout later ..going to a different gym as im on break from school so hopefully it doesn't affect my workout

Pretty good work out today
Dumbell Shoulder Press: 75lbs x7x5 70lbsx8 maybe and 60lbs x10
Deadlifts: 275x3x3 225x7
Side Lat Raises x3 sets
Wide Grip Pull Upsx2sets
Shurgsx2 sets
Seated Rows 2 sets
my main problem for deadlifts is the grip, i guess my forearms aren't strong enough but they are being worked pretty good with this so i dunno if i should just keep at it with no equipment and wait until my grip/forearms get stronger before i can lift more weight or get some wraps to help with grip so i can deadlift more reps/weight
maybe rotate it one back workout do it without the wraps and the next with?
