    Quick update. Weight back down to around 215. AI's kicked in, shed a lot of water, and quite a bit of BF. I'm stronger than I was at the end of my last cycle, and lighter??? I had stopped the Tren shortly after starting the cycle (couple days), because I wanted to be able to do cardio to drop some BF. Now that I'm in that 10% range, I just started again, so I should start seeing the heavy gains soon. Starting at the beginning of May, I bumped TestE to 400mg/week,TrenA 350mg/week, and 30mg TNE preWO still. Upping calories to keep up. I've given up on setting an end date for a cycle...as I never stick to it. I spent the first 12 weeks leaning up with cardio, slight carb deficiency, and low doses. Now I'll kick it up for 10 weeks, and put on some mass.

    I started at 215, and I'd say I lost 2 or 3% BF and am still back at 215. So I'd say I've put on around 6-8lbs of muscle during the cutting phase, and am now starting to bulk. I'd imagine I can add another 10-15lbs, and end this at around 230 and 10% BF if I stick to my diet.

    I miss Tren...

    On a side note - The doctor has told me I'm 6'3" tall the couple times I've gone. I actually measured myself this morning. I'd seen other guys my height and weight and I was much bigger looking than them...suspicions confirmed...I'm only 6'1"...Don't know what those crackheads were smoking when they measured me. I have 32" arms, which sound like they are longer than average for my height...don't know if thats a good thing, I'd imagine not for strength purposes.

    Weight still at 215. Work is slowing down, so I'm able to spend a good bit of time at home (my office) catching up on paperwork, and eating like a pig.

    Back workout tonight.

    Weight still at 215. Getting the Tren Piss, and starting to sweat real good. Crazy dreams last two nights. Strength and weight should start climbing soon.

    What is tren piss? I have to admit I am not familiar with that. My dreams are a bit wierd. I sleep fine with melitonin, I forgot one night and woke up about 5-6 times

    Stinky Pee...I've noticed each time I've cycled tren , and it started to kick in. Dark color too. I don't know what causes it. I've just assumed from the intense sweating that I dehydrate quicker, and that is the reason. I'm already really tan, do you think the melatonin would make me look too dark? I'm happy with my skin color, but wouldn't mind sleeping. I take benadryl if I absolutely need 6-8 hours for work.

    good progress so far, I read thru your log I was just wondering I believe you said you did prop and tren for your second cycle is that right? what made you take it 2nd cycle? do you regret it, any bad side effects or was it worth it?

    Nothing wrong with being tan, I would say try it out for a few days and see how it makes a difference with your sleep

    Yeah. I wanted fast acting esthers so I could quit and quickly have the stuff out of my system. Do I regret it? Why would I regret it? There are sides with any drugs you take. Mine were all manageable.

    Weight at 216 this morning. Strength creeping up. Hard workout this week, and have a couple days rest in the keys this weekend.

    Think I need to up the carbs a bit since Tren . I'm dropping fat like crazy. I want to bulk up a little, but I'm just getting stronger and ******. Will up carbs by 50-80g's and see what happens.

    Weight 215, workouts are great, everythings great. Just want to start putting some weight on.

    just snapped a quick one in the mirror this morning before gym, startin to see the bottom of my abs...and the point of this stage of my cycle is to bulk...i think the extra meal should do it.

    Thanks, trying to go the other way, but the tren is just burning it off of me. I'm gonna have to start eating mcdonalds or something.

    Weight 216. Just eating everything in site this weekend. Think I'm going to cut chicken out for a week or so...I feel like I've been eating too much of it, and am starting to get sick at the sight of it. So more beef and fish for a little while.

    Hard to work in extra food, but managing to get it done. Weight 217. Legs today.


    Broke up with the girlfriend, and she moved out this weekend. Bummer, but it was time. Need a new workout partner now, she was actually pretty good motivation.

    So hopefully I'll learn from the previous relationship and use the stress as fuel in the gym, not the thing that brings me down.

    Well, had that "realization" day in the gym. Lifts up a good bit on squats, and tren has officially arrived. I couldn't breathe after 4 sets of 10 squats...I ended up taking close to 3 minutes between sets just to get my breathing under control. I should start blowing up now...Really feeling it.

    weight 217. Chest/ab workout was great. Getting a few pimples on the shoulders/back, and seems like there is alway one on my forehead since I upped Test and added Tren . I'm in sun or hit tanning bed almost everyday, so that helps. I can barely see veins around my hip bone, none yet into the abs. My intention is not to continue dropping body fat, but I must be doing something wrong, because weight is climbing very slowly. I'm going to have to post in diet forum and get it ******. Back workout today, ready to kill some deadlifts...

    Test E @ 175mg/ Twice a week, TrenA/TNE @ 50/30mg ED PreWO.

    So 560mg Test/Week, 350mg TrenA. I have a suspicion the spike in Test with the TNE everyday is causing the pimples. I might drop it (have about 15 days worth of it mixed left) and up the dosage of the Tren to 75mg ed. We shall see.

    Back workout went well.

    Rack Pulls, Pullups, Bent Rows, Shrugs, Cable Flys for rear delts, lightweight straight leg deads to stretch out the ole' hammies and lower back.

    I bump my tren up to 100mg ed from 75 mg. Today was the first time I have ever gotten Tren cough. My wife said she could smell it everytime I coughed. It wasn't too bad

    I'll never forget the first time it happened to me...I was in a crammed little office, it started spinning, uncontrollable cough, head rush, then tunnell vision, started sweating bullets, my skin was crawling. I was laying on the floor for a good five minutes with this...It subsided, and two thoughts went through my head: "Wow, I'm not dead" and "Thank god I'm not a smuck and get to work earlier than everyone." Lucy woulda had some 'splainin to do...

    Ok, so I brewed the rest of my tren last night. In 2 weeks, I will discontinue the TNE, and will do TestE to 200mg twice/week, and TrenA 75mg ED. Tweaked diet out a little bit, and basically am upping carbs 60g's, protein 80g's or so, and fat up about 25g's. Hopefully this will put the weight on I'm looking for. I don't think I've gotten above 10-11% BF in any of the cycles I've done, so hopefully this will hold true again. Weight 216

    That is odd considering the amount of cals/protein/carbs you already eat. You must easily lean out. I am the opposite, I can gain mass somewhat easier then leaning out. So by adding the addition carbs/pro/fat how many extra cals will that be?
    How much cardio are you doing per day/week?

    I was basically eating 500 cals under maintenance during the cutting phase...Now I'm a couple hundred over. I'm not sure how much upping protein to almost 400g a day is going to do, but we'll find out. I've stopped cardio the last week. I may attempt it but the tren kills. Before I was doing 30min PWO HIIT. Basically 4 minutes @ 65%, 2 minutes at 80%.

    New diet is looking like 34-3600 cals, and a 40/40/20 split.

    Also, as I've said before, I've probably put on a good 6-8lbs of muscle already on this cycle during the cutting phase, so attempting to gain another 15 is stretching is, but I'm hopeful. I have no doubt if I started eating everything in sight I could get to 230 no problem, but it'd be at a higher BF than I want. Hell if I end up at 220-225 that's a good 10-15lbs of lean muscle. Again, I don't like to go by the scale.

    thats understandable, the only reason i asked if you regret it is most ppl on this board say not to do tren for a second cycle, to try others first and work your way up to the "harshest" steroid . ive been thinking about running test/tren for my second, just wanted a little insight from some1 with experience

    Gotcha. Yeah, looking back, Maybe it wasn't the wisest decision...But I don't regret it. I caught onto a drug that works wonders for me without trying all the other mess. Without having tried all the other stuff, I can't say how it compares as far as sides, but mine have been absolutely manageable, and the results are well worth it. But I would imagine the warnings are there for a reason...someone somewhere got hit hard the first time they tried it.

    This is actually my second cycle, I know most say tren is not good to take as a second cycle. But after doing research for the past few years I have come to terms of the pros and cons of gear that would work best for my body/hair line, etc...
    I'm passing week 5 and I love it, my sides have been so minimal that I love it. But we are all different and I am fortunate on this cycle

    I bumped my tren from 75mg ed to 100mg ed and have had no issue

    first of all: good thread dude.

    i think in that pic you look quite a bit under 10% bf, maybe 7.5 or 8 i'd venture (assuming you are like many taller guys, fat is in the middle not so much in the legs/extremities).

    also, i'm a roid newb but i do take melanotan and melatonin on the regular. the first is the tanning peptide, the second is an otc sup that does a great job (for me) helping me get good restful sleep. you can take the melatonin and sleep with zero effect on your tan.

    how has your strength come out? any prs?
