    I'm pretty sure I'm close to 10%. From pictures of guys that are 6-8% they show veins in their abs/obliques, and in their legs too. I have no veins showing in my abs, and just starting to see them around my hip bone.

    My strength is up. If prs means pictures, I'll have some more closer to the end of the cycle.

    weight 217. Took a quick pic this morning, can see more of chest and shoulders...I gotta get a new camera, had to use phone...the ex walked off with the nice digi i bought us...oh well.

    Saw about an inch of a vein in my lower abs when I was done in gym today...and doing squats I'm starting to see veins above my knees.

    Have tried my best to stay above 3000 clean cals, I gotta tell you it gets tough with a job on the road to do so. I don't know that I can devote the time to carrying 230 lbs.

    Either way, good strength in gym, things are going well...

    So I attempted cardio yesterday - joke!

    I sat on a bike for 40 minutes, and to keep my heart rate at 65-70% I was barely pedaling, and at low resistance. Which leads me to my next question. Is this why tren is so effective at burning fat? Because your heart is constantly working harder due to the lack of endurance, is it in the "fat burning range" more often?

    I literally could have just walked home slowly from the gym, and would have gotten the same effect.

    I'm gonna try it for a week, and see if I drop some more fat. I'm trying to bulk, and eating plenty of food. But I'll see if I continue losing fat with this "cardio" I did yesterday.

    I've also switched my training up and am doing 4 sets of 10-12 reps for each exercise. I felt like I hit a sticking point going heavy weight low volume. So I'm backing it down and focusing on form and slow reps, breathing, etc. This week I've been leaving the gym with a killer pump, and each muscle group has been sore for a couple days after, so I think it's working.

    i dig. i think like many i am getting used to what body fat % = what level of visible fat/leanness. i always thought i was like 12 but was certainly way over 15. think i'm down to around 12 or so now, and i figure 6 or 7 more pounds and i should be about 10 and ready for my first cycle (want to keep my fat as low as possible and clean bulk/gain strength).

    when i say PR i mean personal records for lifts.

    Quick pic showing veins in the underside of my upper arm. In the morning, no pump. See a couple spiderwebs in my shoulder and neck.

    Weight 218. I've decided I'm gonna continue with this cutting kick, I'm really liking the way sub10% BF looks on me. I'll probably still end up putting a few more lbs on, but I'm keeping my diet clean, cardio, and getting good quality workouts.

    Gonna stop Tren at the end of this month.

    I'm thinking I can continue to build on what I've done on this cycle naturally. I've been preaching it, and with the way I've been eating and working out, I've got the confidence in myself that I can do it. Hell, I can't commit to eat right above 220-225 anyways, I just don't have the schedule to squeeze it in. So it is time to accept where I'm at in my life, and go with it. If things settle down later on, and I free up the time and energy to devote to getting huge, I will.

    But for now, 6'1, 215, and lean seems to make panties drop, and satisfies me in the mirror every morning.

    That is F'ing awesome! I have been getting some big veins in my upper legs and calfs. My b/f is still around 10-11%.
    I have two more weeks on this cycle and I am loving it. Next time I might add masteron

    Good back workout today. I've got to join another gym. People stare when I'm doing rack pulls. Is it sad that I'm the only one in there putting 3 plates on the bar for ANYTHING? I mean, I'm not terribly strong, and I use lower weights lately and more reps. Maybe it is the noise, IDK, but I don't stare at everyone else, WTF?

    After those pulls today though, I felt as if every muscle in my core had separated from the bone...weird feeling.

    Anyways, strength steadily increasing, weight 217.

    Been busy as hell lately. Stopped the TestE five days ago. Tren /TNE will stop tomorrow. PCT to begin on the 8th of July.

    Weight 220, probably back around 10% BF. I'm going to really bust some butt during PCT. Goals are to be at 215-220, and sub 10% BF at the end of PCT. I'll have bloodwork run after PCT.
