I got a question in regards to your workout, with such a minimal calorie intake, do you feel like you're overtraining? The reason why I'm asking is because it's the exact same method I use to work out. Everything twice a week, once heavy and once light. I feel the overtraining come into play after 2 weeks of the routine (I'm all natural...right now). I plan on doing a bulking cycle soon (d-bol/Sust/deca ) and was wondering how the workout routine played in regards to muscle development and size, and of course, how your body reacted to the workload?
