Thanks for the good post I started AAS on 03/19 and 120lbs. Now I'm 143.8lbs. I have also been lifting for ten years and this was a good decision for me.
Cycle:
Test cypionate 400mg ew
nandralone Decanoate 300mg ew

11stone ... depends on body fat as well.
people could way 13 stone of pure fat and say its ok to do ass.

Look good just keep up with a good clean bulk diet and you look even better. Also work on your poses more. I like watching vids of the greats like Arnold, Frank Zane and Ed Corney. I think practicing posing helps with the mind muscle connection.

1. Stocky you are a fukin Midget, not short...M-I-D-G-E-T...
2. its not how much you eat but what you eat, you do need to eat lots but it has to be the right foods. basic math if you eat more clean calories than you use, you will gain...you will be amazed how fast it will happen....
3. thank you for stopping and trying it this way first, i cant believe someone actually does listen and i will gladly do anything i can to help you since you obviously have a brain.

i do train like sh*t and i will get there .
gowing to train like f in the gym now! keep you posted.
don shoulders yesterday and played football (thats my cardio)
to day i am dowing bis and legs .
