my first cycle.deca and sus 250.!!
On my first cycle . im 24 years old.i did weigh 9st.0lbs but now way 10st.3lbs
im on week 7 of my cycle now
body fat is 5% (realy hard to put on weight)until now!lol
diet...
tuna
protein drink
loads of meat
fish etc.
loads of water
5 times a week in gym.
take sus 250 .1 ml and deca 2ml 200mg. (i split deca into 1mls so 100mg) also got pct when i finsh my 15 week cycle.
i jab this 2 times a week. i shit my self on my first jab but its dead easy now .

143 lbs. is a little light at 24 years old to be starting to use aas, but good luck

Alright we have a 140lbs guy doing AAS. Perfect, our advices in the board were USELESS once again.

i used 2 weigh 9st on my first cycle a year ago i was 24yrs at the time also and i always had prob putting on weight

no before my cycle i only eat mostly carbs now i put on 3st 4lbs in a year and never trained prior

Easy there ChuckLee. The guy is only 24yo but if he's been eating right and working out for 10 years and can't put on any mass then he's ready. I know the info threads are against this, but if he's gonna use, might as well educate before he medicates. Let's ask the lad how long he's been lifting. AAS is for the folks that has maxed out their natty capabilities and I'd say he has IF and only if he has been working out since he was a teenager 13-14yo. I couldn't put on any mass until I cycled.

I would have to disagree with Dr. Bell if someone is at 143 they have not progressed to their fullest potential. Unless this guy is 5 foot and under then he has not progressed to the fullest and should wait. Its one thing to list the food that you eat, its another to know exactly what you are getting in everyday. And that is the difference maker. You need to get a roundabout average of the grams you are taking in (protein, carbs, fats) everyday. I was there once too (150lbs) but when I started keeping track of my diet it made a world of difference. And make sure as you progress your diet does as well i.e. the bigger you get the bigger the diet needs

ok i am lising to all yous.. my dad bout my first weights when i was 12. just daft ones thu. like i seid my cycle is gowing good. i read 3years on it before i took it! still lurning now.just mesured my hight its 5ft 8 . wish i was toller(lol)chuck i do list to every one.

I was the same thing before I joined here. blame it on metabolism and genetics. But I religiously followed and research on the diet forum. Just last march I was 155 I'm currently 167 targeting on 170 before I start my cycle.
Follow this guys advise it works. Most of them here was just like you when they started they tell you how to do it cause they have been there!

Yes it is your body. But whats happened to dedication and hard work. I telling you at 5'8'' 140 lbs you still have plenty of room to grow naturally. Blaming it on metabolism and genetics really is just laziness. If you train correctly with free weights (do your squats, bench, deads) and eat correctly (300grams of protein, 300 grams of carbs, moderate fat intake) your body will have no choice but to grow. I would say once your done with this cycle to train natural till your about 170 or 180 then see if you want to juice. I'm telling you steroids are not the answer, your just setting yourself up for a failure. Whats gonna happen when you have to stop juicin, you think you will be able to keep all the weight you gained or just go back to where you started.

cos i will keep most of the gains when i use tcp at end of cycle. reed i will way 180 or 170 when i finsh this cycle. so whats your point.

You can't judge when a guy you don't know at all could be ready for steroids .

PCT isn't a sure way of keeping gains off a cycle. PCT is used to restart your natural test and get your hormones and such back in balance. My point is that you have halted your progress by taking steroids to early and set yourself up to become reliant on a chemical at such a light weight. Even 170 or 180 isn't that much and if you can't get to that weight naturally then you probably shouldn't take steroids. THEY ARE NOT THE ANSWER FOR PROGRESS IN THE GYM OR YOUR BODY. ITS ABOUT PROPER NUTRITION AND PROPER WEIGHT TRAINING!!!!!!

man i used to think i eat alot.
if you judge your meals by the normal public.
go to the buffet for 2 weeks and eat as much was u want of good food.
youll come back home and that pitty little normal diet is nothing.
most people have no idea how much u actually need to eat to get big.
i think everything is diet + training and hate cardio. If you diet correctly, train right, and throw in AAS youll get big.
at 140 your small and dont eat. learn to eat.
