bi/tri day the pumps were unbalieveable
plus the fact that i repped out on the ez bar with perfect from my last set of 5 at 165 was great that is assuming the ez curl bar was at 25lb not sure but that what the one at my old gygm was
did a body fat test but it was off the scale one it said 22% not sure if i beleive it thoguh cause it also said i wieght 288lb when the scale i have been going off of said i was 303.5 today but its whatever i am happy with these result as far as strengh goes i will be getting some pictures up soon

first week of winny i like it noticed a slight increase of back and chest acne but has stoped now hormone must be back to normal got 2 more shots of test and then 3 more weeks of the winny looking foward to the end. ill be posting pictures sooon

shoulder day went great i repped out 15 to 12 reps per set with 50 - 75lb db arnold presses
other then that some old shit
took my last shot of sust on friday so im not a pin cushion anymore it feels great so to celabrate i had a cheat weekend where i ate dozen of donuts pizza sweetish fish bag of animals cookies the frosted ones i know i should but i drank a 12 pack ot i need to have a few beers sorrry liver i know its not th best but it is what it is. things in genral are going great i have 2 more weeks of winny to go and then i have my pct i will be posting pics after im done with the winnny

sorry it's been awhile since i posted last things are going great.
i have changed my routine to 4 sets with reps between 15-8 working my way down. pumps are though the roof love it just about ot end everything i will be sure to get some picutres and some remesurments up pronto

my high point was 319.5 right towards the end of the dbol
diet was consistant during the week
horriable cheat weekends pizza ice cream tons of burgers
will do another cycle is some time i am currently trying to cut down naturaly witha even strikter diet cut out my milk and cottage cheese which would help with 900 calorie from milk a day and 660 from cottage cheese both being cut from the diet. it was a great source of protien welli was on the cycle though.
will be posting pictures asap carmra is a pice as you can tell from pictures already posted.

still trying to work on the camrea situation, pct has been going great about to be done with that, i have lost some lbs but i am pretty sure it is because of my extreamly strict cutting diet i have started. strength has decreased a little as far as endurance insteat of being able to do 12 sets of 310 i can only do 8 now currents wieght is 284 so about 14lbs to reach my goal and then i will set a new one once i rreach that.
